ordered a phone case that shows only this store has in stock in the whole greater LA area. Drove almost 3 hours from Irvine due to heavy traffic and received an email at front of the store saying it's unavailable. Then why let me place the order show it's in stock and took my payment then hours later says unavailable? Customer service counter is just a joke.
