I came on a day when it was dead and there were a ton of employees but for some reason they all avoided helping anyway and scattered. When someone finally helped me, he said that it'd have to be a special order even though the app said it was in stock at this location. Upon saying that, he sighed and went to find it. Which he did. Wow, you did your job, congrats. No wonder people buy online only.

The guy at the store who helped me was nice, but it's clear no one at the store knows what they're doing. I went to buy a new monitor, found the one I wanted, and then they told me they had no record of it in their inventory. I asked them to check if it was an open box return (yay discount) and they said Geek Squad looked at it and they said it was new. So they sold it to me brand new, $430 after tax. I take it home, set it up, and it DOESN'T TURN ON. AT ALL. And guess what, a RECEIPT fell out of the box, proving that it WAS an open box return, and that the previous purchaser had paid $130 less than they charged me at this location. I don't know what kind of scam operation they're charging but I'm never going to purchase from here again.
