I had a problem with a kitchen faucet I bought over 2 yrs ago and met with Arthur at Pacific sales. He immediately looked up my invoice and contacted the manufacturer. This was on a Saturday. He explained since Delta is closed on the weekends and pacific sales is closed Sunday and Monday, we’ll probably hear by Wednesday. Wednesday Arthur left me a message that the replacement parts will be coming directly to me !
I received the part last week and wanted the schematic to install it . Erik was there and printed the diagram and then showed me exactly on their floor model !

I have worked with Pacific Sales through the years in helping my parents with their appliances. Recently, I went there to pick out our appliance and fixtures for our remodel. Nick and Erivaldo, were excellent. They were very nice and patient with answering my questions. The were very knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most is that they answered questions in a manner that had my best interest in mind. They considered issues that I would not have thought of and clarified with me before making a decision. Great customer service.
