Just purchased this Kitchen aid dishwasher
And wanted to say we had a very nice experience - our appliance specialist Andrew W. was instrumental in helping us pick out the Best appliance for our needs- he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Also a Big Thank you to the store manager Kenyata for his input and friendly follow-up service. We will always come bsck to this Carlsbad store.. very great service!

From the time you enter the shop/design center you feel like an honored guest. There is no high pressure sales here, just honest assistance like you were in a family owned small store. The staff are knowledgeable about the many high quality products they offer. Andrew gave us excellent assistance to select a dishwasher for our needs. Saint made the payment process very smooth and comfortable. Overall we cannot think of anything we could advise they do any better. They came highly recommended by a friend and I will in turn highly recommend Pacific Sales in Carlsbad as the best home appliance store around.
