I bought an LG microwave to replace my beautiful Dacor microwave oven and this LG one sucks in every regard, even though I paid a fortune. Also the sales guy made me think its depth is not much of a difference but it does sticks out quite a bit. The installer charged extra. The Lg microwave cooks food unevenly. All in all this was a very bad purchase and a bad mistake that I have to deal with for years to come.

The staff and especially Daniel was very welcoming, listened to our understanding about the products we were interested in purchasing, and answered our questions without pressure . This is the kind of service and products that make us come back to Pacific Sales for our appliance needs.

I recently spent an arm and a leg on remodel materials with this company, and the customer service I received was nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a premium stainless steel linear drain, but it was packaged incorrectly and contained a PVC channel instead. I went to the store on Wednesday at 4 PM to ask for an immediate escalation, as I needed to install it over the weekend. Instead of helping me, the first sales associate tried to push a plastic drain on me, falsely claiming stainless steel will rust. Not only is this a ridiculous sales tactic, but it ignores three basic facts: stainless steel doesn't rust, I paid a fortune for a metal product, and as the customer, it’s my choice to make. I eventually spoke with Arthur, who promised to escalate the issue with their East Coast warehouse so I could receive the replacement by the weekend. By midday Friday, I hadn't heard anything. When I called for an update, Arthur was "on lunch," then "with a client," and then someone was supposedly "looking into it." I decided to drive over to the store in person. The showroom was completely empty. Arthur and Carol apologetically told me they were waiting to hear back from the warehouse, which they claimed had 24 hours to send an order confirmation. And there is really nothing they can do. However, this conversation happened 48 hours after I first requested the escalation! Arthur knew I was on a strict timeline to finish this remodel over the weekend. Instead of submitting the order immediately or following up with the warehouse, they completely dropped the ball. To make matters worse, they avoided my phone calls and bluntly lied about when the order was actually submitted. Do not shop here. They do not have your back once they have your money.
