I've shopped a lot of places but this place is where it's at. You have so many experts at this store. The differences I've scene between stores. These are field experts. Those who have repaired appliances, installed appliance, gone to numerous training product knowledge. They follow up with expert installers. I didn't want anyone just to come to my Home and install my priceless appliances. They did. Very fortunate to have come across a whole passionate team. Ryan expertise at customer service, followed by Nick's professionalism. Rosalie's caring heart. To the front end team who takes care of all the accounts and transactions. Jonathan made me feel like I was a valued customer entering. Blake and saint and aurora were the first to greet me at the store. Offered even water! Wozers for water! Little did I know they had kitchen and bath accessories! A whole group of bath experts Carol and Erik. The leadership Kenyata and Sergio made me feel like I got a good deal walking out of the store. I'm usually very picky. As I have high energy. They understood my needs. They sold me the whole project. I walked out with a membership and an 18 months financing. Why use my money now.
