A word of caution for homeowners considering appliance purchases from Pacific Sales for a major remodel. I strongly recommend that homeowners immediately return any damaged items (even with minor damage). Best Buy corporate will not honor returns for damaged items if the damage occurs after 60 days from delivery. Our ordered appliance was dropped during delivery. Best Buy customer service promptly contacted us following the report of damage and informed us we could get a credit or return the item once it was installed. We experienced a delay like most remodel projects and are now being told that a return is not an option. We're now stuck!

Needed a replacement refrigerator as our current one was on it’s last legs. Went into the showroom, greeted and attended to immediately by the front desk. Helped by both Rosalie and Blake who understood what I needed and the urgency needed. Smooth process and served with the upmost respect and attention. Worked to get me a speedy installation as well. 5/5 especially for Rosalie and Blake.
