This place was pretty amazing, beats going to an actual Best Buy… And their prices are way better as well. Sam was a delight to work with. And even had a smile on his face the entire time.
Now here’s the bad side of the coin… when everything got delivered and was going to be installed, we didn’t get the Pedestals that we thought were on the order, and when they delivered the dryer, they couldn’t install it because they said that the gas line needed to be changed out, Which wasn’t pointed out by their own employees at the site survey, a few days earlier, by their own Geek Squad.
Hopefully, they will make good on these mistakes, and I will edit this review at that time

The store was comfortable and the staff were really patient and helpful.
Sam at Pacific Appliances was fantastic to work with. He was attentive, patient, and never pushy while helping us choose our new Café refrigerator. He answered all of our questions and even helped my father-in-law pick out a new BBQ grill.
What really stood out was the customer service—after our fridge was delivered, Sam honored their 14-day price match guarantee and adjusted the price when it dropped. A much better experience than the typical big box store. Highly recommend asking for Sam!
