Sam delightfully found the Kitchenaid fridge to replace my Viking. Sam is super honest, which was really the most important deciding factor into ultimately purchasing a fridge there, at this Pacific Sales. He showed us online legitimate comparisons of comps and Pacific sales met all of them, competitively. Having the extended membership credit offered several incentives. Not only did I appreciate Sam’s wealth of knowledge but his speed and energy while helping us! Thanks to Sam, even though it was the newest model and was not even on display yet, we were able to feel confident enough to not have left the store to do more comparison shopping, but instead we decided to go ahead and complete purchase of refrigerator! Thanks Sam. We didn't realize it really was way more helpful to shop in the store, in person, with a sales rep. like him because (we all shop online) you should have as much needed info before buying a major appliance. (Oh, & for suggesting offer to keep an eye on our potential ship date..sweeeet!)
