So we bought a tablet here 6 months ago, purchased with a Zagg screen protector was told if ever broken I could come back and replace at store. I just came and they refused to replace the screen even with proof and all. Moral of the story they will NOT replace at the store which really since it was $50!

I went into best buy yesterday to have a single 8gb ram stick installed into my laptop and was told by the agent that I needed to get a total membership to do the install which turned out not to be true ( its a single charge of $40 for memory install), and when I came to pick it up today I found out they added all these additional services that weren't mentioned to me or requested by me. I shop at best buy like once every few years I wouldn't have bought the $180 membership if I hadn't been specifically told it was required for me to get the hardware install, all I needed and its even recorded in my service notes was a ram install so it just seems like their geek squad agents might have lied to boost their membership sales. I'm keeping the review at 2 stars at least because I had good interactions with other employees around the store. But it seriously is messed up that I got seemingly lied to about the total membership.
