We have had a Best Buy membership for years and finally cancelled it after this store refused to service my laptop even though their customer service line said they could. I spent much time on the phone with customer service and made several trips to the store. Customer service finally told me to drive to another town to take my laptop to a more reasonable store. I recently purchased a new washer and almost bought it at best buy but thank heavens I didn’t buy an $1000 appliance there because I just found out that, when one is not a paid member, the return window is 15 days. I just ordered the wrong film as well as a watch band that is supposed to fit my watch and does not. Even though the box says it should. I am a bit outside of the window and I’m over $100 out of luck. Hate to think what would have happened had I made a “real” purchase from this store. I’ll never buy a single thing here again. And at some point, we purchased all our appliances here. I’d strongly suggest shopping anywhere else. Maybe do as customer service suggests and drive to a Best Buy in another town. Jk. Jk. I went down a bit of a rabbit hole after my experience this morning and avoiding the store all together seems the best course of action.

Hey,
Having so many recent poor experiences with Best Buy is understandably upsetting. We'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about these interactions.

Great people great service and prices.
Went in to buy a tablet, I had some questions and not a single employee wanted to help. I just stood in the tablet area staring at a group of 4-5 employees just talking to each other. After about ten mins I just left.
