Wow, Best Buy stole my Son's $150 memory card out of my Son's Computer while they were Repairing the Broken Brand new one he bought from there. And Now their telling him they will Sell him one for 10% off. Have Y'all done lost your Minds. Y'all wouldn't like People Stealing from your Store. But it's okay for Y'all to steal from your Customers?? That is So Wrong !!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. I sent in a prebuilt PC I bought from them to get repaired. Instead of fixing it, they told me to just pick a different one from their website—which would’ve been fine if they had returned everything I originally sent in.
I had installed my own 2TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD in that PC—an expensive upgrade I paid for separately. When I followed up about it, they said they wouldn’t be returning it. No reason. Just gone.
I reached out to corporate for help, and all they did was tell me to contact the store—which is exactly where I started. I’ve been stuck in a loop with no resolution. It feels like they just don’t care.
This whole experience has been frustrating and costly. I expected way better from Best Buy.
My son needed a phone charger.
