Looking for an appliance? Don't bother. The staff member acted likei was an annoyance for him. He kept yawning. When I finally got him to get off his chair to show me something on the floor he ignored all the things I told him I was looking for and just took me to the most expensive frig nearby. When I asked him questions he answered in a condescending tone. I walked out. Next morning I went to Ginno's. They were great. Answered all my questions. I was super pleased. Never again will I even consider Best Buy fir an appliance. Or, frankly, anything else. Service has gone downhill.
Associates were available to assist and where not pushy
It’s insane that you can’t even call the store anymore to get product info without first talking to a AI, to then getting hung up on by the AI Agent, to then call again to be left on hold for 20+ minutes. Customer Service is terrible.
