The manager Sergio and geek squad worker John were extremely helpful! I was having issues with my AppleCare warranty on my watch and they helped me through and got it solved, extremely helpful and I’ll be sure to go to this Best Buy again!
I found what I was looking for and was asked a few times if I needed help.
Great service people ferindly
My experience with Geek Squad was extremely disappointing. After being told my MacBook repair would be completed within two weeks, it was delayed by over four days with no updates or communication. I had to constantly follow up, spending nearly 10 minutes on hold each time, only to be told someone would get back to me within 48 hours—which never happened.
To make things worse, due to a mistake by one of the staff members, AppleCare ended up rejecting the service altogether. After all that waiting, my laptop wasn’t serviced, and I wasn’t properly informed about the issue.
Despite explaining multiple times that I urgently needed my laptop, there was no sense of urgency or accountability from the team. Very poor service overall—I would not recommend Geek Squad to anyone.
