Had an after market stereo installed in our pickup. Guys were friendly, professional and great to deal with. Needed to return as portion wasn't working and the team jumped right on it, no scheduling to come back, just offered to fix while we waited. They quickly found the problem (faulty cable) and swapped it out. Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely go back for anything else we need. Great job all!!!
A typical Best Buy, the line for technical issues is very long and the employees tend to be quite busy so good luck getting help. They do carry most things however, they do not carry scientific calculators in store.

I want to give a special shout out to Roland the shift lead at this establishment. He’s very professional, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with. He got me an amazing deal on some items I couldn’t have gotten elsewhere and presented me some amazing information that I didn’t know before our conversation. He’s a great seller and I’m sure he could convince someone into buying a pencil for a $100. I’d definitely come here for some deals on TV’s again if he’s on the floor.
Absolutely worthless store. I drove down 40 miles from Red Bluff to try and fix a problem with an online order where I paid for and never received a laptop ordered 18 days ago. They had the same one I wanted in stock all they had to do was cancel the online order that never shipped and apply it to the same computer I wanted to buy that was in their store.
They said nope only corporate can do it, he gave me the corporate number to call and the corporate number is closed on the weekends. They could have made a sale and made it right but they just have the "not my problem" attitude. And offered me zero options other than what was stated above.
Once my refund is resolved I will make it my life mission to steer people away from best buy especially the Chico store. As a computer tech at a local school district I get lots of teachers and staff members asking where to buy a computer, and they buy based on my advice. I am happy to say I wont be recommending Best Buy and they will be losing out on lots of sales.
