I called to make an appointment for this Best Buy’s geek squad to get my iPhone battery replaced. I schedule my appointment over the phone, the gentleman tells me the battery is in stock and I am good to go for same day repair. I show up to the appointment at 1:20, and had to wait to 20 minutes after my appointment time to get help honestly not a big deal just something that is noteworthy. Anyways they start the check in process then go to the back and tell me they actually don’t have the battery in stock and I would either have to leave my phone for 4 days until they get the battery or go to the Apple store in Roseville, neither of which I want to do as I don’t have a spare iPhone.. I asked if they could order the battery and come back when it would arrives, but apparently there’s some dumb policy where you can’t do that. Super frustrating experience when I was assured I would get a same day repair.

I was in and out in 10 min The staff that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for and had me set up with delivery rite at the register. I'll be coming back to this location for all of my tech needs!

I am so disgusted by the lack of service I got! I bought a $300 printer in on 11/22 with a 60 day warranty. It quit working on 1/23 and I took it in and they wouldn't do anything! Just one day!!!
