I recommended Best Buy for purchase and install service of a TV for my mom as I live too far away to come help. So my 82 yr old mom went to this Best Buy to replace her TV. She only wanted the simplest of TVs, no more than $300 as she doesn't have Internet or cable, antenna only. The pushy sales lady convinced her to get some $899 TV and a new sound bar (old one worked fine), for a total over a $1000 with install. I am very angry at the blatant rip off they did. During the install they even disconnected the antenna from the device that allows it to be rotated, saying it can attach directly to the TV, but now can't be rotated or adjusted. Luckily I think she said it has not been thrown away. Hopefully I can fix everything on my next visit. I just can't believe how disappointed and angry I am at Best Buy now.

The 2 guys that work in the installation department rock. I believe it's Chris and Logan, both of them, went out of their way to ensure that the difficulties with my speakers were dealt with smoothly. Never press me about time and my continuous. Cancelations, very friendly. I recommend these 2 individuals to everybody. My 2020 camaro sounds wonderful.
