I returned an antenna with the original box, bag and receipt, they refused to take it back because I’m not a member. On members only have two weeks to return an item, it had been 2 and a half weeks. Members have 2 months. Guess what! I will never become a member now!

I am so disgusted by the lack of service I got! I bought a $300 printer in on 11/22 with a 60 day warranty. It quit working on 1/23 and I took it in and they wouldn't do anything! Just one day!!!
