Terrible experience with this best buy. I bought an open box monitor online for pick up here and drive 1.5 hours to get it and another 1.5 hours home. When i set it up the monitor was not working despite it being in good condition on the open box label. Tried to return at my closer best buy and was told i would lose my $20 reward credit unless it was an even exchange. This was the only store that had the same monitor so i had to drive all the way back which was another 3 hours. I tried calling ahead to make sure they even had it and confirm that I would be able to exchange it, but no one picked up the call after 30 minutes and was automatically transferred to the call help center. The call help center was not able to help, so i tried calling again another day and yet again no one picked up. Drove all the way there and was only given a $20 store credit because the return meant losing the $20 reward I had used. 6.5 hours wasted and came back empty handed.

I was pretty disappointed! I was like they were told not to suggest options or really do anything beyond sale you something!!

Only issue is that I "purchased" a stove and it's insanely delayed by the company, not Best Buy.
