I dont understand why people come here at all, any item here you can find online half the price and the customer service is terrible so save yourself from coming in.

We were at Best buy for computer repair. Overall, the staff were each individually extremely helpful. When they couldn't answer our questions they passed us off someone who could. It is always a clean and very friendly atmosphere.
I am typically happy and okay with the service I receive from Best Buy, today was an absolute nightmare. We had purchased a screen protector with lifetime warranty for my phone many years ago. I was recently informed that apple was discontinuing the product due to my phone phasing out which is fine. I was always told that I could reserve the screen protector if it was not in stock and installed later when the protector comes it. I called today to find out if the screen protector was even in stock. Literally 20 min of “charlotte “ looking in silence only for her to tell me that I have to put money down now to reserve the product, something never done before. Then she says this is a Greek squad issue and then transfers me to them, only to once again be told this is a sales issue. I have been trying to reach Best Buy all over again and once again no one is answering, and I’m just over the nightmare. Service has really gone down hill. I would never purchase any protection plans from them anymore and would recommend others to do the same since I guess you have to now pay more on top of previous purchases
