My experience with Geek Squad was extremely disappointing. After being told my MacBook repair would be completed within two weeks, it was delayed by over four days with no updates or communication. I had to constantly follow up, spending nearly 10 minutes on hold each time, only to be told someone would get back to me within 48 hours—which never happened.
To make things worse, due to a mistake by one of the staff members, AppleCare ended up rejecting the service altogether. After all that waiting, my laptop wasn’t serviced, and I wasn’t properly informed about the issue.
Despite explaining multiple times that I urgently needed my laptop, there was no sense of urgency or accountability from the team. Very poor service overall—I would not recommend Geek Squad to anyone.

Worst Customer Service ever. No update since I turned in my device for repair. It has been almost a month now and my device still sitting at the repair center, no updates at all. I have to keep contacting them for an update, no email, no call at all. I paid for their stupid membership plus protection plans and everything they told me was a lie, I still have to pay service fees almost $100 totally opposite from what the worker told me that is full cover and I don't have to pay any service fees it is all full cover. I'm still waiting for an update and this month almost over. The repair should only take at least 2 weeks. This is ridiculous and I cannot wait to get my device so I can cancelled their stupid membership that I don't frickin need
