Bought an "Open-box - excellent" laptop online for store pick-up at this location. I live about 45-60 minutes away (yes, this is on me). Went to pick it up and several issues came up:
1. The check out line was a mess. I lined up in the "pick up" line and after waiting there a few minutes, someone told me I had to wait behind the regular line.... Why is there a pick up line when it is not for pick up?
2. Picked up my item and was ensured that "Open-box excellent" came with everything. After leaving the store, I noticed that it didn't come with the sleeve or stylus that the brand new variations came with.
3. Fortunately I hadn't left Chino yet. When I came back in the store. I was told that they "forgot" to mark it as open box - good instead of excellent, and that I was still getting a great deal. They also said these "new" open box items are still under warranty so I can contact Lenovo for the missing items. I was still "saving $1000"... definitely not saving that much.
4. I contact Lenovo after getting home and they have no such policy for replacing the missing accessories.
5. As I turn on the laptop, I notice bottom R corner had their "scan to buy" QR code burned in (yes it is an OLED display). This thing was permanent. Definitely not an open box - excellent but their used floor model.
6. I wasn't going to make a second trip back to Chino so I contact BB remote customer service. They said I can take my item to a nearby BB for return/exchange. At the nearby BB they said I can't return it because they would be liable for the missing accessories.
Well... this was not a fun experience. Had I known there would be 2 missing accessories AND OLED burn-in, I would not have gone to the trouble of driving to Chino. It doesn't seem like they QA their products very well so I would be careful trusting purchases from them. At the very least, do call ahead and make sure EVERYTHING is included.

Awesome Beto (Manager) was great in helping me!
He was caring and passionate to help in any way he could. He was very professional in his position, as a manager, multi tasking in answering his staff's question and helping me and helping other customer at the same time.
