The staff helping the Geek squad were very helpful, a woman by the name of Cheryl was very thorough, helpful too. It took a bit to check in my Mack book to check what was wrong which seemed too long, but entirely worth it! The man forget his name 😥 even went to find products I needed to buy in case they needed to back up my Mack book, but that was not needed. The prices were fair! Happy they found someone had installed an app to watch me and hear me when I opened my Mack book, so that was removed. Everyone there were doing their jobs, so it was an honor to be in this Best Buy. They have plenty of parking too! I recommend this store, I believe it was on Birch in Chula Vista, Eastlake, since I have been in a Best Buy in another state who had employees not so helpful I know this place is where I will go again! This place gets 5 stars! ⭐️ Great job! 😊

I was attracted by the "Great deals" they had on apple products, so I got 2 pairs of airpods and one apple watch....they were not open box or refurbished, they were brand new products.... After less than 2 months and only 3-4 charges one pair of airpods started having problems with charging the left bud... I didn't even used these so much, I didn't took yhem to the gym or to the pool. They refused to collaborate in any form. I asked them to atleast look at them to identify the problem, they sent me directly to apple store.... Really? I got the product from you, you should be responsible for what you sell.

This place is terrible. I asked basic questions about laptops and no one knew how to answer them. All the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Asked where I can find specifics on extended warranty and they had no clue. In addition, I asked them to help me find it on the website and they said they couldn’t. Poor customer service no leadership and no clue what was going on. Do yourself a favor don’t come to this location.
