I purchased a 55-inch TV, and the cart was too small, so I was really struggling. After checking me out, Paul professionally and kindly helped load the TV into my car. He went above and beyond, especially when other employees didn’t offer any assistance.

Shit store and customer service. Walked in, fully aware that its the holidays, I walk towards customer service to see if i can find an employee to just ask a question. There's a line of about 8 people all with either returns or other things in their hands. I look over and see an employee standing in an isle and hes speaking to someone on the OTHER side of the isle he is in. I say "excuses me" no response. So I walk closer and say excuse me again, he turns around and I say "I have a quick question for you" to which he responds, "thats great, go get in line. I have a row of customers before you". First of all, I didnt need assistance within the store or help navigating my way or a product description of sorts, I had a yes or no question and was dismissed. 👎
