I called this location ahead of time to confirm whether a specific AC unit was in stock and readily available for in-store pickup today. The woman who answered confirmed they had them, and when I double-checked to be sure before making the trip, she gave me attitude and snapped, "That is just what I said."
When I arrived, a polite employee informed me they were completely sold out and the units had to be ordered online. I explained that I had just spoken with someone on the phone who assured me they were in stock, but there was nothing he could do. I wasted time and gas driving out here purely because an employee couldn't be bothered to properly check their inventory and had an attitude on top of it. Very disappointing customer service
