Came here looking for a portable charger and came out purchasing 2 good deals, a pc and monitor. Danny and Jesse both where very patient and helped me out a lot through out the 1 1/2 hours I was there trying to decided which PC and monitor to buy. after arriving home I was able to set up everything fresh out the box without any issues within 1 hour I was already downloading and playing my favorite game without any issues. I'm extremely pleased with the performance of my first desktop and will be coming back to this location for future purchases thanks a lot everyone for the help.

this is a one star for 1 experience bad enough i had to write a review. i went in around jan14 and purchased a $500 espresso machine plus extended warrenty. yesterday 2/7/2025 the machine messed up. i return to the store to get it taken care of. i am met with 2 option deal with the manufacture direct or let best buy deal with but i loose the $100 i spent on the extended warranty. i was not happy with this response considering i only had the unit for 3 weeks. i ask for the manager and Silvia (manager) was less helpful in which really upset me (understatement) so instead of deescalating she says tells to me to calm down or she will kick me out. i am naturally Upset. asked for her manager Silvia says she is the manager, i said no i want her manager she said there is nobody else and she is the manager. to shortened it out Jesus N helped me out processed the refund minus the $100 and had to purchase a new machine and a new warranty. i am not happy. fyi i tried calling the store today nobody at the store level answered. $100 for 5 days past the return period is not right and Silvia has no place as the face of best buy!!!!!!!!

Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns with the Espresso Machine failing and having to use your Protection Plan to have it replaced in store. I can understand that not wanting to deal with the manufacturer over an issue with your espresso machine can be difficult. The Geek Squad Protection Plan does cover things like a replacement while under the manufacturer's warranty. This would unfortunately utilize the full plan as it is considered consumed once the item is exchange for either a refund in the form of a Gift Card or a replacement item.
