I was pretty disappointed of my return exoerience. Tried to return a refurbished item due to damage and they denied it, even though I had the option online to return in store. They said the reason was because since it was refurbished, my online order would not bring up my information in thier system so it HAD to be mailed back. That was fishy since the first lady that was asking about my return was able to get my information with the barcode and my phone #. Anyways I took it to the other location and they were able to process the refund no problem with my barcode. I dont understand why they had to make it so difficult.
