Very bad customer services, I'm still so upset. I bought some Beats headphone on 1/15/25 on line I received them on 1/16/25, once I got home from work, I put them to charge and then after I try to connect them to my iPhone and they don't want to connect, it keep saying "this beats aren't yours to continue to connect, hold for 5 sec" and nothing happens , so i decided to go to this best buy because it close where i live. So i get to the store they send me and my mom to customer services its around 8:45pm, i explain to this young guy my issue and he is very nice trying to help me. and tells me yeah something is wrong with these head phones they aren't connecting at all. so then a lady comes to the area and starts looking at the headphones with her phone flashlight and I'm trying to explain to her my issue and the receipt and she is just ignoring me and so then the guy who was helping me, tells her they don't work should I get her an exchange and she doesn't answer him neither. So he looks at me and tells me I'm going to get you the exchange okay. After he brings the exchange he tells the lady I need to get approval to do the exchange right ? they lady doesn't say nothing to me or the guy who was helping me and she just walks away and then another guy comes to the area and asks me what's wrong and the guy who was helping explains to him the issue. Then the guy looks at me ask me where did i buy those beats headphones and i told him online best buy website here is the receipt and i show him the receipt from my phone and asks me but what best buy online store ? I answer him the mission valley best buy store online. Then he goes then go to that store we can't help you and then I'm like why not ? because you bought online through that store. I answer him so you guys can't help me ? and he answers me No. me and my mom are standing there like what ?!! and then he goes here, gives a business card with the number 1(888) 237-8289 and tells me call that number maybe they can help you. then the guy who was helping was just like looking at me like I'm sorry and confused. I'm still so confused why they couldn't help
i had the receipt i show it to them and they can't help..
