Best Buy Chula Vista

I was helped immediately and when I couldnt find what I was looking for we found it somewhere and got everything taken care of for what I wanted/needed.

One of the worst locations when it comes to customer service. I’ve been here a few times and have always had issues either trying to get an apple repair or return an unopened item. They also give false information on products. They will call or notify you one hour before your apple repair and say they aren’t taking apple repairs… why have a contract with apple if you aren’t going to take them in. Looks like this isn’t the first time they cancelled apple repairs at their own convenience or just cause other customers issues just go look at similar reviews. I also purchased a product for my car and was told it was compatible and when I made the appointment to get it installed they told me this doesn’t work for my car. That’s another issue. I purchased a camera that was unopened and when I tried to return it they told me they can’t take it because I used it ? Really ? The package was unopened until one of your employees opened the package. After a while Best Buy corporate helped me out and took the return.

Security guard followed me around, even followed me into the bathroom. I basically got profiled. I didn’t appreciate this at all , if this is how you treat customers then I won’t be coming back no more. I bought my watch and got out asap, as I felt uncomfortable. Do better Best Buy .

Muy bien, tiene mucha variedad, pero cuando quise ir a ver un iPhone la señora se puso súper pesada en venderlo, lo paso por la máquina y todo, la verdad hasta me sentí incómoda, por ende le dije que no, y en eso se le quitó el encanto jajaja 🤡
