Worst customer service. I went here to buy a Go Pro.. I have been waiting at the cameras for more than 30 minutes after I notified the Customer service person. Nobody came. Then I went to the front office person again and someone came. He came and asked me what I wanted and I answered him with the Go Pro Hero 13 bundle. He opened the shelf and took it out and walked away for the billing. He didn't show me anything. I queried him about the open box option as I checked in online and it was available at this location. But he said no, we traveled 25 miles for this open box , he didn't check anywhere and simply answered no. When we looked into the shelves we found the open box product and took it to the front desk. They simply said I will enquire about that and let us go.. we bought a new product there wasted 50 miles here and there.
