Terrible selection of batteries

Made an appointment through Apple, showed up 30 minutes early was told that I’d have to leave my device for a day maybe more because they have “TO MUCH TO DO”. Went on with several more excuses, at this point definitely wasn’t gonna trust them with my device. Best to just avoid this BESTBUY location.
Very disappointed by Best Buy Geek Squad Protect for my TV. Basicly it covers internal problems.... nothing else.
I call customer service and they give me the run around and transferred me to 5 different people with no experience and no knowledge til the very last customer service perdon. Turns out lady at the store gave me the wrong info on the insurance saying it was for accidental falls......
That doesnt exist. Disappointment.
I spent years as a Best Buh Customer...
No.more..... I am buying my stuff at Walmart or Costco.... bye bye Best Buy i wish youd the best
