I’ll never shop Best Buy again . They completely ruined my floor installing a fridge some how in my kitchen . The installers treated my $1700 fridge like it was a nascar pit stop . Then completely ripped my laminate floor where they dragged my fridge. Then expect me to just fix it on my dollar ? Because you messed up a delivery I now have to be screwed ? It’s a billion dollar company and have insurance but yet they still refuse to compensate . My fault in trusting Best Buy with handling my stuff with respect

If I could give it, a no star, I would. This is one of the worst Best Buy‘s I have ever been in. In fact, I wish Best Buy would be one of those stores that go under and not come back. They started off selling electronics and now they sell things like washing machines and lawnmowers. To me it sounds more like a Home Depot store. I have only been approached by one employee in the last 10 times that I’ve been shopping in the store. Each of those times that I was in there it was for 10 plus minutes walking around the isles. There are employees there, but they are just hanging out with each other like they are in high school or something. Also, if you wanna phone case for some thing, other than an iPhone don’t look here they have about three rows of mostly all iPhone cases. They sell phones with out of power adapters now. Spent about $1000 on a new phone got it home no power adapter so I couldn’t use it.

I would like to express my gratitude to the store staff. I had a problem switching from one provider to another. We have been solving this problem for 4 days. Cellular workers are incompetent, they did not do their job correctly. But one lady from the best buy team did not give up. She has done a great job to fix this problem. I admire her tenacity. her name is Alaine. if you came to her with a problem, then be sure she will solve it. if I were the management, I would give her a bonus for hard work and helping clients. a real hero. Thank you best buy team.
Had my order brought out to the car. Great experience. Everything was timely
