No pressure to buy. Felt like I was given useful information to make the best decision for the item I wanted to buy. The staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly demonstrates comprehensive knowledge about the products. When they don't know they find someone who does. Highly recommend this store if you are researching it ready to make a purchase.
Made an appt to get a new battery in my iPhone X. They first denied I even had an appt but found it on Apple somehow, I guess I was the first person ever doing this?? Of course not. Staff was helping people with NO appt while we sat and waited so I stated I have an appt. So the man asks me to unlock the phone and he disappears with it into the back room for 15 minutes, comes back out and says he doesn’t have a battery for an iPhone. Really?? Blames it all on Apple then tells me to go to Apple. Great, and WTH was he doing with my unlocked phone for 15 minutes, and it took 15 minutes to see that he has no battery? I think he was mad because I piped up about me having an appt. Another man was helping a lady with NO appt for a good 20 minutes, then he gets to me, asks what I need, then LEAVES after he told me someone ELSE is going to have to help me. I could hear people in the back laughing while all the chairs were filled with customers. POOR SERVICE.
Edited after the stock response (blah blah blah call corporate because the OWNER of this madhouse can’t do a dang thing about the pitiful service blah blah cut and paste blah) to my review, and now I know why customer service is so LACKING. Owner can’t get a battery for an iPhone?? Can’t walk over to customer service and say “get out there and wait on someone!” ? Can’t tell them to NOT disappear for 15 minutes with an unlocked phone then waltz back with a lame excuse as to why he’s not going to help me? Owner won’t take responsibility why should the staff?!
