Love the customer service and staff. Shout out to Tatum at the Carmichael store in Sacramento. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
During one of my visits, an associate named Ariana advised me that applying for a store credit card was a required first step to determine whether I qualified for any other offers or financing options. Looking back, this information was misleading and not accurate. To blatantly lie to satisfy a workplace quota (I assume) particularly for an at-will employer is insane and a show of character.

I bought a 790 motherboard for like $60 The manager was very exceptionally awesome
Went to this store inly because i had a gift card. Found the product I wanted to buy. Went up to the register they asked for my phone number they asked me to update my address. In the box said enroll or edit will all my information was correct and I don't want to enroll in anything so I told the lady no thanks I don't want to enroll in anything. He said no no sir yes you want to enroll. I again told her I don't want to enroll in anything I don't care about any free stuff or advertisements thank you. She insists that I enroll. After more back and forth of me telling her I didn't want to join anything and her not letting me opt out of it. I grabbed my gift card and almost walked out and then I was like forget that I drove all the way over here from Rancho so I asked the manager to help me out I told him I didn't want to enroll in anything his checker kept pushing and pushing and pushing. Hopefully I never get a gift card for Best Buy again!
