The store has a solid selection of electronics, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I noticed the checkout lines were quite long, which made the overall experience a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you have some time to spare.
Tv shopping was as easy as it could get. Very friendly staff, good selection. Still the best place for tech and appliances.
Everyone, and I mean everyone that I came into contact with was extremely helpful, extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a TV from Amazon and I was able to pick it up from Best Buy 3 hours later . We'll when I got there they couldn't find my order . They tried everything they could . On my end it said "ready for pick up " . Well I had to cancel my order and then I repurchased it there . The employees are great here .

This is for the Verizon Rep in Best Buy. Needed help after the universe kept denying me a phone to go on a line. Wasn't asking for discounts or anything special. But in the most bizarre ways, Verizon kept fumbling me getting a phone. The latest was a jammed locker at the store. Trying one last time, I walked into Best Buy and I'm glad I did. Finally walked out with a common day payment plan and phone with no more BS. Appreciate the service. It was needed after 3 days of hell
