I bought a fairly expensive stereo last year. It started acting up, not Best Buy’s fault. I got the geek squad warranty, so I take it in. I’m thinking they would check it out and just swap me out a new one. Nope first I had to drop my truck off and them by the time I made it back home, they were calling me telling me that they couldn’t figure out the problem and that they would have to send it in?!?! I’m asking why they said they needed to attempt to repair it. So I uber back to Best Buy and have to carry the the stereo from the back in installation up to the geek squad area in the front, apparently they couldn’t do that before I got there. Then I had to fill out all this paperwork. Now I have been without a stereo for almost a month and finally I get an email saying it can’t be repaired and to contact the store for to do an exchange, that’s when I find out you can’t contact the stores. So I contact CS and they tell me my stereo has been repaired and is at the store?!?!? I say no I got a message saying it couldn’t be repaired. Then they tell me to go down there and they’ll install it. I work during the day and have mobility issues due to arthritis in my knees. I tell the guy I can’t go back and forth to the store an walk around like last time and if he can call and confirm. He says he tried but they aren’t answering. So I call the installation number and the guy tells me that they don’t have my stereo and I need to come down to pick out a new one. I ask if I can just pick one online and get it installed when I come in, he said they can’t do that. Again I explain my job and mobility issues, but Best Buy doesn’t work easy like that. He at least made me an appointment for the installation, so I wouldn’t have to return, but they might not have my stereo. Also they kept wording things like I might not be getting an even exchange for my old stereo. After this I’m done with Best Buy.

Never come here or to the geek squad here, i came originally for a hard drive issue that caused my pc to blue screen, I came back with multiple hardware failure, they told me after they transfered data from one hardeive to another we had a ram issue, so I bought and replaced the ram, and now the cpu has failed and my pc is completely broken

When to pick up pre purchased item. U was in and out in less than 10min. Awesome customer service and easy process!
