Wrost customer service in America !
They don’t give a dam about their customer!
And if you had to use the customer support line you better take the day off until you will get an answer and even then someone who couldn’t care less will answer you and ruin your whole day!!!!
And will cause you heart attack!!!
Extremelt frustrated with their phone system. If you need Geek Squad, it either forces you to accept a link text, if you decline it hangs up on you. It doesnt accept "speak to associate" So I tried again and asked for a different department, I got someone and explained to them I just wanted someone in the building because the phone system was forcing me to the GeekSquad main office. I dont need to share sensitive information multiple times between different call centers just to ask the tech instore what they found on my laptop. Enough if our sensitive information is shared/required as it it. I dont appreciate one associate asking for information, then transferring me, and being asked again.

They were really nice and really helpful and i asked how to use the app because I have a my best credit and I didn't know how to use the and they showed over all a great experience I had at that location
