4.5 stars for Darrel for installing my Rexxing front and rear dash cams to my new car despite arriving 15 mins. late to my appointment because of a traffic jam from a car that broke down and/or a collision en route. The cameras are working great, the settings are all correctly in line, and he left my day old car without a scratch or stain. It really appeased my worries, because I had an awful experience with two auto techs from Best Buy Auburn who left scratches and stains on my newly bought car years ago, but Darrel's workmanship is commendable. always clean, decent stock of items, can also ask to place order for you to grab in store if you see something on the best buy website that is out of stock, just ask any of the helpful associates. I had a pleasant time here, was looking for a keyboard+mousepad last minute , had to return and exchange a few times to get the right fit but it was a breeze and super simple. grateful!
Placed an order March 1 to install a stereo on my car. Cancelled March 15 because I became fearful of changing anything on my car. Placed a cancellation online. They only partially refunded me and then gave me a huge run around. I am on hold no. I will never buy from Best Buy again. I will be writing a review for my local store too. This is unacceptable!
