I returned a ring doorbell camera and the young white woman working there with light brown hair she was awful. I packaged the camera with bubble wrap and during the return she opened the box up and removed all of the protective packaging and I told her she should put the protective wrap back on and she said no. She refused. She acted like she was on a pedestal and she was the queen. She then put the bare camera back in the box and discarded my bubble wrap so basically the camera will bounce and move around and get scratched up inside the box without the protective wrap. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Best Buy is awful !! I’m honestly disgusted with the service received. I ordered and purchase a ring camera off of Best Buy and returned it less than 24 hours later…. It’s a BRAND NEW camera. The way she treated it was like trash

My favorite store for all electronics!!!!!
My experience was extremely terrible. I went there on Monday and purchased a Mac Air and they didn’t have the color in stock. I paid for the Mac Air and the rep helped me placed my order and promised my shipment will arrive Tuesday end of day. Tuesday comes and I received a text from UPS at 6:30pm my shipment is delayed until Wednesday. So I contacted the store and they told me the manager would be able to give me my Mac Air since they have it in stock. Once I got to the store, I informed Robin at the register I need to speak to a manager. Finally the manager came and Robin pulled him aside and informed him my concern and frustration because I won’t be home for two weeks. I even took today off work waiting for a package that never came. And now they want me to paid for another Mac because they cannot cancel the shipment from UPS. Services were terrible and unfair I have to pay for 2 Mac and who knows if I will truly get my refund from my first purchase. This experience has been horrible and Robin is managing the manager. I can’t recalled the managers name. I don’t recommend others going to this location because services were terrible and they stood at the register not able to resolve my concern and I left without my merchandise I already paid.

This was a nice best buy, had lots of stuff to look at. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and answered questions we had, very knowledgeable.
