This review is based on our experience on Sunday, July 6: we had placed a mobile order for a TV and after waiting for an hour without any updates to the status of our order we came by the store to see if the order was ready. The customer service desk checked but they stated that the warehouse hadn’t received the order yet and that we just need to wait until we get the confirmation from our mobile order without any estimations for how long that may be. While we waited for an update that might never come, we perused the TVs and a gentleman came by to see how he could help. When we explained that we were just waiting for a mobile order he came up with an idea: since the item is in stock, cancel our mobile order and just buy the item in store… BRILLIANT! Now, why couldn’t customer service think of that? 🥴 He went back and got the TV himself, and even helped us load it up onto our car. Now THAT’S what excellent customer service looks like.
