Went 2 times to get a tablet with sim feature and still not compatible. Very poor knowledge even checking on their computers and still fail to satisfy customers. Im taking my bussines elsewhere. Im done with failsbuy

I have purchased many items online from Best Buy with no problems at all. But when time to return a defective phone at customer support, I was told I would have to pay a $45 restocking fee for something that wasnt my fault! I was well within the 14 day period of returns on defective products. The man assisting me was very cold, visibly annoyed that I would even attempt to ask for an exchange/refund, and sassy with his replies. The way he spoke was as if he owned the store. He was very dismissive and seemed like he just wanted to get this situation over with.
