Bought an Asus laptop at Best Buy. Dropped it, cracked the screen, and found out Asus’ free accidental damage protection doesn’t apply if you buy from Best Buy — because they want you to pay for Geek Squad insurance instead. Best Buy then quoted me $1,900 to fix a laptop that costs $1,600 new. Total rip-off. I’ll never buy from Best Buy again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

A great place to buy electronics. For sure.
Was back to school shopping for a laptop. Was a bit disappointed with their selection and employee who was assisting could of been more informed as far as specs
Best Buy just isn’t what I remember it to be. The store feels much smaller now, with fewer people shopping inside. It seems like a lot of the focus has shifted online, and the in-store experience doesn’t feel as lively or stocked as it once did.
