Spoke with Myron and got the store managers name, Lauren. Ordered phone online for pick up in store, it was on sale. Order canceled because of activation issue on Best Buy side. Went to store to see what happened and to redo order. Price went up $100 and they went to the back to see what they can do. Waiting and then they sent the phone guy to tell me they couldn’t do anything. Management didn’t come up to explain to me, they sent the phone guy. Didn’t give me any options to reprocess. No apology or anything. Is this how management should be?

This can sometimes occur when a phone was previously attempted to be provisioned with another carrier and the cancellation of the activation may not have been processed.
