What I really appreciate is how professional and honest he is. He takes the time to explain everything, gives great recommendations, and never pushes unnecessary upgrades. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that consistency is why I keep coming back.

Bought an Asus laptop at Best Buy. Dropped it, cracked the screen, and found out Asus’ free accidental damage protection doesn’t apply if you buy from Best Buy — because they want you to pay for Geek Squad insurance instead. Best Buy then quoted me $1,900 to fix a laptop that costs $1,600 new. Total rip-off. I’ll never buy from Best Buy again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.
