If you want to purchase a remote start system and have Geek Squad install it, be aware that this location's installers do not install remote starts on manual vehicles. I was able to buy and schedule an appointment for an install. A couple weeks before the install I went to the store and verified my appointment. The installer even said he needed more time than what the appointment was scheduled for because my car was more complicated, and he added more time. Day of the appointment, the installer says they don't install remote starts on manual vehicles. Same dude that told me he needed more time for my vehicle a couple weeks prior. He should have told me when I went to confirm. Dude scheduled a full day for install and canceled day of. Paid day off.

I was there and walked away from the geek squad area to look at a laptop. I left my sweater on the table ..when I went back it was gone.I asked the CS desk and they said no one turn it in...what happened to my sweater 😕

This location is the worst. They have 1 person at the front and no one else to help. I have been there 3 times to look for something and 3 times I got no help. Could not even find anyone. What happened to customer service. Anyone reading this do not think you will be helped. If you can go somewhere else.
