Walked in 5pm asked assistance to get a sd card for a go pro camera, the guy was just standing in there ant talking to a lady (best buy associate), he sent me to find it myself, so i went and saw many different, didn't know which one to get, so i asked again for help a guy passing by , he said something but couldn't understand wjat he said cause he had a favlce mask, i asked him again for help and he said "sorry I won't be able to assist you", i asked him to call someone who can, he looked me and just walked away.
So i left store not before telling the first guy i was going to another store cause customer service in this onenwas really bad.
I bought an Epson printer here about two months ago. I’ve always purchased Epson products from Costco and have been using them for years without any problems. This time, I needed a new printer, so for the first time in about ten years, I decided to buy one from Best Buy because it was a bit cheaper.
At the time of purchase, they offered some kind of warranty plan for an additional cost, but I didn’t get it—since every printer I’ve bought from Costco has worked perfectly without needing any extra warranty.
But sure enough, this one broke after just a couple of months. I’ve been using the same model for several years, so I know this printer well, and this one definitely seems defective. Since the return policy is only 45 days, I gave up on trying to return it. I’m really upset. I’m heading to Costco now to buy the same printer again.
So it turns out that to use electronics from Best Buy without any problems, I should’ve always purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan, right? To avoid the kind of disadvantage I experienced.
