Bought a watch online. Tried to pick it up the next day. Was told I couldn't possibly pick it up because "the item NEEDS to be shipped", not "the item has shipped" NO, it NEEDS to be shipped. The watch DOES NOT come the next day, in fact it doesn't come until after the weekend, even though I bought the watch with more than enough time to arrive Friday or Saturday. 100% disappointed, will NOT be buying from Best Buy again. Go to Amazon, their watches are cheaper.
Yesterday evening I purchased a hotspot with a prepaid data card. After not being able to activate it, I came back wanting to return it but an employee told me they’re nonrefundable. I was really upset, but they were closing the store so i decided to come back the next morning. Today I was met with the nicest, most professional employees you could imagine. Robin and Mo were very knowledgeable and quickly resolved the issue. 10/10 customer service!

Out of all the Best Buy's in the Fresno/Clovis area I will travel to this one. The customer service is on a completely different tier compared to the others. Their Geek Squad are very informative and helpful. Last night I visited to get some assistance with a problem impacting my remote job. Jake was the Geek Squad member who assisted me. He was so patient and kind. He allowed me to explain the issue (which had nothing to do with my computer and everything to do with my work server) without interrupting or trying to hurry me along. He took the time to completely dive into the issue and work with me on a solution. Not only did he solve my issue, we walked through it together so that if it happens again, I will be able to fix it. Let me be very clear, he was far more knowledgeable than our own IT team at the company I work for. I cannot explain enough how grateful I am. If you every have any issues and need Geek Squad assistance, ask for Jake!!
