Friendly staff, directed where I needed to go to get my product.
Their Geek staff are great. I purchased for less than $200.00 a year fix / service any computer, laptop top, phone except for parts, of course. Fixed a computer I had down for ever afraid of where to take it. I had some terrible experiences at other computer repair places. This is the place to go.
I purchased a item online and picked it up from the store. When installing the item, I found that packages had already been opened and used and pices were missing. I tried calling the store, but was unable to reach anyone. The automated system just kept sending me in circles and no one ever helped me.I just wanted the missing pices. I finally had to package it up and take the whole thing back to the store and ordered a new item from another retailer. Horrible customer service.

The store would not be able to do anything over the phone for such an issue, they would recommend you coming into the store for a refund or exchange.
