I visited Best Buy yesterday to buy a new camera, and I’m so grateful that Jacob was the one who helped me. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely friendly, professional, and patient. I told him I was in a hurry and needed the camera and stand fully set up, and he immediately helped me with everything.
He took his time to set up the camera perfectly, explained the features clearly, and made sure I was comfortable using it before I left. His customer service was genuinely outstanding — calm, respectful, and incredibly supportive.
