I see why Best Buy is struggling these days. Customer service overall is something hard to find in general. That combined with so many options online brick and mortar stores have to really shine in customer service and offer very competitive prices, which is difficult. Unfortunately, I saw neither on my recent trip to this store. I have not been in a Best Buy in years. I needed a simple HDMI cable 15' and wanted it asap. I had to search for an employee to help me, asked for the cable I needed as was told "over there or over there", pointing to areas of the store I looked in the first location and saw several options but not the length I needed, and all at prices much more than I had expected. Checked the second location i was "pointed in" and could not find anything. Looked for an employee in that area and could not find that either. So, I looked on Amazon and found a cable I needed at the exact length for $13. The option in the store that was long enough, (actually longer than i needed) for $80 was just too big a price difference for my taste. I want to asked if there were other options, right length reasonable proce beacuse i would have paid up to get it right then, but after waiting for 10 mins on the 2 employees that were helping one customer to even acknowledge I existed, I just decided to leave and order online.
I was really expecting more options in store at a somewhat reasonable price and decent customer service, but I was unable to find any of this. I know my small purchase was probably not critical to the store, but at the same time in the future when I need something they might sell, I won't be back. I left feeling very disappointed and used over 45 mins of my day looking for someting simple, with nothing to show for it.

You can tell that online and the unnamed disease of certain origin has taken a toll on the store.
The employees are great, happy to help, but it almost looks like a storage facility.
Maybe I was there at a bad time. Still , there's some deals going on that are better than online and then some that are prices WAY higher than online.
