Best Buy in Colma is the best. Been going here for years and people are generally very friendly, especially the guy who hangs out at the front door.
I had a bad experience one day in the laptops section. I had questions about Mac vs Windows for my use case and the guy was just very rude and dismissive, maybe he doesn’t know jack about computers? If that was the case, I would have respected him saying “I don’t know but I can ask” but he was just straight up rude. Didn’t even say bye or anything when I was leaving.
I forgot his name and It may sound bad when I say it but the easiest way to describe who that person was is he’s short, dark and fat - kinda balding too.
Overall this store is great. Minus 1 star for the rude associate I had to deal with.

This is a dependable place to visit for electronic accessories. However too pricey for buying a TV or an appliance. Amazon comes out cheaper overall. I was looking for a 25’ long Cat-6 Ethernet cable, not available at an Xfinity store. They supply modems and routers, but not cables. Go figure! But this review is to praise Best Buy, not to slap Comcast on the wrist for ho-hum customer service. They focus on high end products like Apple iPhones 18 and counting. Best Buy is BEST.
