If I could rate this store 0 stars instead of 1 stars, I would. Drove a long way after work to this Best Buy location. Arrived there around 7pm on Friday March 21, 2025 to see the Fujifilm camera in person before buying it.
When I got there, there were no more Fujifilm cameras on the shelf, so I asked an employee there for assistance. He said that they should have some in the back and I should wait by the desk near the camera area and someone should help me.
Waited there for 20+ minutes before two employees in black shirts arrived. I asked them if they could help me with the Fujifilm camera and they said that I should talk to another employee in a blue shirt with glasses on.
I went around looking for this person in the camera section and when I found him, he said he would get back to me in a bit. Waited another 20 minutes and saw that he completely ignored me and helped 2 or 3 other customers whom arrived after I did. I was literally standing next to him and he still never got back to me.
After asking multiple times to multiple employees only to be told to wait or ask someone else, I gave up and decided to leave. Horrible customer service. You really only have one employee in the entire store that can go check if you have the camera?
Came all this way only to waste an hour of my life. If Best Buy doesn't want my $2000+ purchase, I'll buy the camera from somewhere else like Walmart or Newegg.
Never shopping at Best Buy again. Not at this store or their online website.
Employees are very polite and accommodating.
