Extremely Disappointed with Best Buy’s Service
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with Best Buy’s lack of assistance regarding a significant issue I've encountered. Recently, I purchased a frame TV from them, which worked for one week. Despite spending $2500, expecting a top-notch product and customer service, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
Initially, I was thrilled to have made such a huge purchase from Best Buy knowing the quality of products and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, when I received the TV it didn’t even last a week before it stopped working.
I reached out to Best Buy’s customer service, expecting a smooth resolution and assistance in either repairing or replacing the faulty product. Regrettably, the support I received was far from satisfactory. The representatives were not only unresponsive but also seemed indifferent to my predicament. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I was left with no tangible solution or compensation for my loss.
I am now out $2500, left with a non-functioning TV, and feeling like it means nothing to be a loyal total member with them. I sincerely hope that Best Buy will reconsider their approach to customer service to prevent others from experiencing the same terrible service

Worst place u can be !! Customer service are horrible nobody care about you they say wait I come here then then come back 25 minutes later and say I’m going to brake !! Its ridiculous they not serious

Their “warranty” doesn’t actually cover anything. It’s predatory and a complete waste of money. Loss? Nope! Theft? doesn’t matter! Damage? Not to their profits! This is the worst Best Buy I have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot in. I will never shop at any Best Buy ever again. Do your shopping at Target, Amazon, etc. places with working return policies.

Sad, every time there is less and less electronic products. Selection is very small and prices are very similar to other retailers.
