How do I check product availability at the Colma Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Colma Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Dont like leaving bad reviews but my experience today was just bad. Usually buy all my stuff from bestbuy since i enjoy my total rewards and this is making me reconsider renewing. First off waited so long in the apple section for someone to even ask me for help. And when i approached someone for help asking my question i was rudely declined. I dont mind that bby cant pricematch prime days mind you, but you can say it in a way that isnt so dismissive and making me feel like me asking is such a hassle. The main reason i ask is id rather support bestbuy so making it seem like im a nuisance really is such an eye opened for how bad the state of the store is now.
