Worst place u can be !! Customer service are horrible nobody care about you they say wait I come here then then come back 25 minutes later and say I’m going to brake !! Its ridiculous they not serious

Their “warranty” doesn’t actually cover anything. It’s predatory and a complete waste of money. Loss? Nope! Theft? doesn’t matter! Damage? Not to their profits! This is the worst Best Buy I have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot in. I will never shop at any Best Buy ever again. Do your shopping at Target, Amazon, etc. places with working return policies.

Sad, every time there is less and less electronic products. Selection is very small and prices are very similar to other retailers.

tried calling numerous times to save an order that originated from this store and whose delivery was messed up by ups
no one answers. off shore customer sucks valuable time from customer getting all the details of the order and then says they cant do anything
