All in one electronic and appliances store. Informative sales people on hand
Bought dash cam and asked simply, "Do I need anything else?" Was told I was good to go. Had to return for an SD card that wasn't included. This after 2 models on display weren't in stock nor could be ordered. Also, I had to stand in line to find out my balance on the store card. Something simple as a scan. Otherwise, service was just okay. With limited locations, I'd still go back. Though this was my last trip as I'm moving out of the area. One would expect better so close to the world's tech capitol...

Thank you so much to Francisco @ customer service for the most seamless trade-in & order pickup.
I used to come to Best Buy for product knowledge and in most cases buy the item from another online retailer but with customer service like I received from Francisco and your price match guarantee, you just got all my business.
Update, I forgot my $250.00 SanDisk Extreme PRO Two Terabytes microSDXC card in the gadget I traded-in the other day. Customer Service and Francisco were able to recover it. Honest people work here. 🙏

I'm giving one star, because I actually like Best Buy as a business, but the corporate powers that be seem to think a store such as this can function with skeleton crew. I come to a brick and mortar store because I'm looking for some expert advice when buying computers. Even after waiting around for about a half hour for lack of sufficient staff, when someone was finally available to help me, the salesperson had practically zero knowledge in his department. Recently, I purchased a vacuum cleaner, the salesman couldn't tell me anything other than what was written in the boxes - I can read the boxes by myself.
So, corporate management, my recommendation to you is get your staff trained at this Colma store, in the products they are selling and put enough staff on so that customers don't have to wait forever.
Not all Best Buys are as bad a Colma. I bought my daughter a laptop last year in Goodyear, AZ and we had a helpful, knowledgeable salesperson.
On a positive note, although not enough sales people and not knowledgeable, overall, everyone is at least nice.
