Lured by the promise of being able to purchase a Meta Ray Ban Display, I traved over two hours by public transport yesterday and had to walk 20 minutes through the pouring rain to reach this shop only to be disappointed on arrival.
I had called Best Buy three times earlier to confirm that the Meta Ray Ban Display is availble to buy after the booked demo. Sadly Best Buy couldn't or wouldn't tell me if this was possible. I would have to take my chances in the store.
I found this outrages and with hindsight, I shouldn't have bothered. Tired, soaked and disappointed I left the store without the Meta Ray Ban Display I came to purchase.
Nothing to buy here... best more along.

I had a good experience at this Best Buy location.
I do agree with the comments that are saying that the store is understaffed. I also noticed that the store is busier than it should be considering the number of employees/staff. I wanted to ask a question regarding a tech product however they told me to ask someone else and that they couldn’t make sure/did not know regarding the product that I had a question on.
The restrooms were also closed which was a bummer too. Other than that, it’s just as good as any other Best Buy location out there. Overall, I think it is a nice place.
