My wife and I bought 2 sets of his and hers faucets(Moen) back in March of 2019 from Sales Manager Deborah. One of our cold handles broke and we were unable to use cold water on that side. We went today and to our surprise, Deborah still worked there. She actually remembered us from 6 years ago. We thought we would have to purchase the handle outright. She provided us with our purchase receipt from back in 2019 and contact info to Moen parts. I just got off the phone with Moen and they are sending us the parts free of charge. Had it not been for Deborah we would've been forced to pay full price. We just saved quite a bit of money thanks to her. Deborah went above and beyond for us. Thank u so much.

Came to Pacific Kitchen and Home and got the best service from Joe Egan and many other consultants! We left with a nice new stove :)
