Called up and spoke to Richard who was very helpful confirming availability of the microwave I was looking for. On arrival at Pacific Sales, I was assisted by Peaches, Kyley, and Damian. Mr. Joseph Egan was incredibly knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different refrigerator options and was instrumental in helping us choose our new 48" built-in Sub-Zero.
Within a week of purchase, we realized the external dispenser model wasn’t right for us due to water spillage. Mr. Egan quickly intervened and helped us swap the Sub-Zero side-by-side for a French door model with an inside water dispenser.
We’re very happy with the purchase and the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Peaches and Laurie were exceptional. They took their time helping us select products and were very patient. They were both very personable and professional at the same time.
