I just paid $3500 for a brand new TCL TV and then picked it up yesterday and once I brought it home, I realized that the box had been opened and sure enough there was no cord to plug in the TV and there was also no remote control…
Since I went all the way to Corona to pick up the TV, I really didn’t wanna make the trip all the way back out there again, so I decided to call their location but every single time you try to call their location it shoots you to their automated system which direct you to somebody in Mumbai India and so once Best Buy bends you over there is no way to ever get out of that position, please please please do not ever buy a TV from Best Buy again, I should’ve learned my lesson and purchased at Costco because at least at Costco you know that you’re going to get an unopened product
