Overall, fairly horrible . . .

My soundbar has been having some muffled noice come out very randomly and I paid for the extended guarantee and I went in and the guy gave me a 3 day turn around time. He even typed it in and it’s in WRITING on the contract form. I go in two weeks later since I haven’t heard back. Turns out they haven’t even shipped it out to get checked!!!!!! I show the guy the notes of three day turn around time the other told me and his response is “i don’t know why he wrote that, it isn’t true” are you kidding? So no one knows what they’re doing and just pointing fingers. Now it’s been another week and I go back and now the “parts are delayed” and there’s not even an estimated time they can give me. At this point I told them I JUST want to get the store credit so I can buy another sound bar and they also refuse. I’m so disappointed in Best Buy for this. So many errors and mistakes and pointing fingers at each other and the only one with the consequences is me. Get it together, Best Buy items are not cheap but I go anyways because I trust the service will match. I can see sadly I was mistaken.

They have a good variety of many popular items at reasonable prices. And they have some good sales almost every week. So I like it & recommend it.
