JEDRIC IS A LIFESAVER.
Best Buy sold me an iPad with a different serial number than what was listed on the website and I spent days and hours trying to return it / talk to customer service. The Rancho Cucamonga Best Buy didn’t accept it and made me feel like I was trying to scam them. Jedric at the corona Best Buy was calm, very understanding, and got straight to work. I had my case number from customer service, he was able to look at it as well as my receipt and get me refunded and taken care of. Jedric is a life and wallet saver because I had just upgraded to the bigger iPad and was gonna be stuck with a $900 iPad that had a wrong serial number.

Very poor customer service from Edwin. I approached him for assistance, and he immediately said he couldn’t help because it was the cashier’s job. When I then went to the cashier, she told me I was supposed to go directly to Geek Squad, but she still offered to help me. During the process, she had to call Edwin over anyway.
I explained to Edwin that I had just purchased the item and that it was covered under the guarantee, but he ignored what I was saying and simply stated that the item was damaged and he could not replace it. While assisting me, another customer approached him for help, and he again responded that he couldn’t help them.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and showed a clear lack of customer service and willingness to assist customers.
Good service. Went to by refrigerator got what I wanted and was in and out fast. Great delivery as well.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Best Buy. I purchased a $1,400 laptop, and the representative seemed visibly annoyed the entire time. It made the experience really uncomfortable.
I do want to acknowledge that the representative in the TV section was very kind and helpful. He made the effort to find someone to assist us in computers, which I appreciated but unfortunately, the person who came to help ended up being the worst part of the experience.
I was very close to canceling the purchase and going to Target instead, since they also carry laptops. I was genuinely excited to get a new laptop, but the poor customer service completely changed the experience.
