I can't believe how nice the staff is. I first spoke with Jose in Geek Squad who was took the time to address my concerns without hesitation and genuine kindness. I then was assisted by Leo, a manager, who handled my situation with expertise and courtesy. They never rushed me or made me feel bad for my inquiries. I really hope Best Buy recognizes these two employees, and if they don't and you're reading this and looking to hire talented management, they're here in Corona Best Buy. Thanks for the great service gentleman! Best Buy has just shot to the top of my list as my go-to for electronics & appliances.

This review is for geek squad in-store service and the staff that doesn’t know how to communicate properly to give correct updates and to avoid confusion and a lot of time wasted. I paid my monthly subscription on time but the service they gave me is worthless Costco has better service and warranties to offer Best Buy lost another customer

Service sucks no one at register never have things in stock when web says so just close this location down its pretty worthless
