I visited the Best Buy at Dos Lagos in Corona looking for help with a tablet case. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the employees was disappointing. I felt the communication came across by employee name “Jet” as abrupt, dismissive, and impatient, rather than welcoming. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable instead of supported.
I understand retail employees are busy, but a little patience and kindness go a long way. I hope management reminds their team that good customer service is not just about answering questions—it’s also about how customers are treated.

Came here to upgrade my phone and totaled into a new phone carrier. Logan at AT &T and the Manager helped me in the process. I feel extremely misled as Logan told me I needed to purchase Best Buy insurance for $200 same day with him. I asked if there was a window I could purchase it in which is normally 60 days. Logan claims there’s no option that the insurance needs to be paid in full up front. Logan also told me it wasn’t possible to do a phone number change with the service. Was told I’d receive a package in less than a week to ship my old phone out for the $1100 credit. It’s been two weeks now and I have not received anything. Really bad customer service from Logan at AT&T. Making up policies from the top of your head is actually beyond me. Somehow the coverage he had me purchase immediately also expires in 2034 LOL. I am unsure if he is new but definitely needs a refresher on work ethic. I liked this location, sucks a travel associate ruined this.

I had a good experience at this Best Buy in Corona. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed. The store had a decent selection of electronics, phone accessories, and other tech items. I also like that they have Geek Squad and installation services available if you need extra help. Overall, this is a solid Best Buy location with good customer service.
JEDRIC IS A LIFESAVER.
Best Buy sold me an iPad with a different serial number than what was listed on the website and I spent days and hours trying to return it / talk to customer service. The Rancho Cucamonga Best Buy didn’t accept it and made me feel like I was trying to scam them. Jedric at the corona Best Buy was calm, very understanding, and got straight to work. I had my case number from customer service, he was able to look at it as well as my receipt and get me refunded and taken care of. Jedric is a life and wallet saver because I had just upgraded to the bigger iPad and was gonna be stuck with a $900 iPad that had a wrong serial number.
