I had to leave a review for the beyond exceptional service from Jedric, and especially Dan. Above and beyond is an understatement. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong and my customer service experience was so great I could not close my week without giving a huge thank you !

It's been a while since I've been to Best Buy, but i didn't think it had been that long. 3 customer service reps didn't know what a KVM switch was. Before (2-3) years ago. The first person i asked would have known. Seems like the business model has fallen. Sad. Micro center it is...i hate the drive, but at least I know they will be able to answer my questions.

I am a long time resident of Corona and I have been shopping at this store periodically since they opened at the Crossings. I recently encountered the rudest store manager that I've ever spoken with at this store or any other store for that matter. He was not only lacking in customer service skills, he was on edge about something and in serious need of anger management help. He was the most offensive and unhelpful store manager that I've ever interacted with. I reported his behavior to the general manager and I can only hope that remedial action will be taken. While this store manager still works at this store, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. BTW in reviewing the comments of others regarding this store it would appear that others have had a similar experience. So, shopper beware. He moves among the aisles in search of his next victim.
