Don’t buy electronics from Best Buy. I spent $20,000 at Best Buy from John and his team. Within 5 months my $6,000 Sony Laser Projector stopped working. I was told if I purchased a Best Buy membership I would have coverage and a no hassle warranty for 1 year. Well after my projector had issues and Best Buy sent out a technician to indeed confirm it wasn’t working, John told me I have to contact the manufacturer and there is nothing Best Buy is going to do to replace or repair it.
Best Buy was once known for good customer service, but that’s apparently gone now. Don’t buy from here and don’t let them try to tell you they will warranty your expensive electronics.
I do not recommend Best Buy at all. Just buy from less expensive online retailers.
Josh was a godsend! He is an expert on recording mics and helped me make an informed decision about which Rode wireless mic set to go with. He also took time to show me other suggestions and to help me make the most of my new equipment. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely happy to help - what more could one ask for?
customer service is amazing I live in Los Angeles and I hope i can get the same customer service at Los Angeles stores … because ovethere unfortunately the customer service is 1⭐️(the customer service is not good enough)
