If you came to buy a computer, but you weren't helped by a 6ft tall piece of handsome named Cristian, you did not have the best possible Best Buy experience.
He knew exactly what we were looking for, he accurately and simply described all the different parts of the computer and what they did, and he was funny and charming the whole way through.
Cristian, they do not pay you enough. Thanks for making our simple Best Buy run a memorable one. ❤️

Not a great experience... I loved that the refrigerators were plugged in and you were able to review a working fridge however service was terrible.
The salesman spoke poorly of the Insignia brand which is their brand. Not very helpful and was actually a bit rude...
Today was not a good day for them but I won't be spending my money there.

Employees where grouped up takeing beys on football game and not helping. Tried to get help and no one seemed to want to help me. Overall poor customer service
