The Huntington Beach store told me to go to this location for warranty for my beats headphones. When I got there the staff members initially told me I had to go to an Apple store and then they sent me to The geek squad department after I told them that this was the second store I've been sent to.
The gentleman at The geek squad was not accommodating and very rude. He told me it was too late to take warranties. I told him my back was hurting and I couldn't come back tomorrow. I'm a veteran and it's very painful for me to get around. I asked the man if he have any sense of sympathy for a veteran and severe pain and he said to go home and take medication. People like this make me wish I never served in the military. You just end up in pain with a bunch of people who act like you're a nuisance.
