Geek squad damaged my laptop refused to take ownership of the damage the General Managers best resolution is that they will cover the service fee $85 for manufactures repair but I would need to pay out of pocket for the actual repair. According to bestbuy it's okay to damage other people's property and not compensate for the damage afterwards. Thanks bestbuy for giving me a $1000 brick.
