Store 179 Best Buy in Culver City 10799 Washington Blvd.
This place gets zero stars in my opinion supervisor Freddy and store manager, Karina are the worst managers. I purchased a television 55 inch TCL even got an Uber driver to take it home carefully took it out of the box plugged it in and the TV was not working. Took it back to the store today even with my protection plan I was not able to exchange or return. Freddy suggested I called the corporate office corporate . Spoke with SHRIKA who told them that they needed to exchange or return the television, and they still refused to do what? corporate office wanted them to do . I will be reaching out to consumer prod affair. I even paid an extra $69 for five year protection plan that was not refunded and the total cost of my television with the protection plan was $429.78.
