My parents purchased a TV from this Best Buy location, but it was slightly too large to fit in the car while still in the box. A store employee advised them that it would be better to remove the TV from the box, and the store kept the box.We live less than five minutes away, and the TV was handled very carefully during the drive and while bringing it into the apartment. At first, we thought the marks on the screen were wrinkles from the protective plastic. Once we removed the plastic, we realized that the screen was already broken.
When we returned to the store to request a refund or exchange, the employees refused to help us because the TV was no longer in the box even though their own employee had advised us to remove it and the store kept the box. The staff were also rude and dismissive throughout the situation.My parents lost nearly $500 on a damaged TV that appears to have already been broken before we left the store. We work hard for our money, and this entire experience was extremely upsetting and unfair. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

Les recomiendo que no compren refrigeradores marca INSIGNIA ya que comprar esta ha sido la peor experiencia, (creo que es una marca que ellos fabrican) nueva y ya segunda vez que falla, no enfría y es un dolor de cabeza para que vengan a reparar, ellos ponen dia y horario, pierdes dinero por la comida que se te daña y tiempo para esperar al técnico, ahora apenas en menos de 6 meses segunda vez que falla.
