Should be below zero stars or no stars Terrible, horrible customer service I placed a Computer order since morning. I am waiting for my order. No Confirmation it's been six hours now. Nobody emailed me. Call me or text me. What is the status of my order I called customer service three times. I called the store maybe six times. In the store, nobody was picking up the phone. Customer service: the first lady, Kimberly, from Guatemala. She completely ignored my issue and then finally hung up on me second customer service rep Daniel from Panama. He was acting like he did not understand what I was talking about. What is my name ?and then finally he said OK he sent a message to the team. They will take care of my issue so I’m still sitting here. It took me all day. What happened to my order? I paid more than $1100. This is not the first time for this Best Buy customer service, including store employee has that kind of behavior they really discriminate against you. They will look up who you are and then they treat you according to that. years ago I stopped giving them business today. I do not know somehow I went ahead and ordered that expensive thousand-dollar item from them. extremely unprofessional unethical, discriminated harassment staff as well as their customer service. This business should be shut down because none of the Customer who spend that much money deserve to be treated that way, and taking their own personal time. Still issues is not resolved.
I had previously purchased several products in installments with my bestbuy credit card, and I exchanged one of the items because I wasn't satisfied with the speaker. I told the employee there a hundred times that I had purchased these items in installments and that I wanted to pay the extra balance resulting from the exchange in installments as well. She said that would be the case, but the extra balance wasn't put into installments, and because she misrepresented this to me, it messed up my credit card payment history. I will cancel my bestbuy credit card because of your incompetent employees

This Best Buy is okay. Westfield has better service though!
