I’ve always trusted Best Buy for my electronics and tech needs, but my recent experience at this location was deeply disappointing. I was treated disrespectfully by the store manager(Mr Das).He was very arrogant. I bought screen protector from Best buy and it is under warranty .They denied to replace my phone screen protector and misbehaved (Mr Das) and he also said i don't care about your google review. He also said if you buy new phone then we can give discount instead of replacing screen protector.He was forcing me buy something from best buy. As a paying customer, I expected to be heard and treated with basic courtesy—especially from someone in a management position. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude that left me frustrated and disrespected. I hope this feedback encourages Best Buy to prioritize customer service and retrain their leadership team on how to engage respectfully with customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with professionalism and basic decency.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. I found an open-box printer listed online and chose to drive all the way there instead of ordering it, thinking I could see it in person before purchasing. After spending a lot of time and effort, the manager told me the item wasn’t actually available in the store and my only option might have been the display unit — which he also refused to provide. It felt like the manager was just trying to avoid the extra work and wasn’t interested in helping at all. Very disappointing experience, especially after going out of my way. Poor customer service overall, particularly from the manager
