Their geek squad is the rudest and worst customer service I ever received in my life. Honestly it's just better to buy everything online on Amazon. I hate to say this but after covid customer service took a deep deep climb and it never recovered

Never buy in best buy. They ask for original boxes when you return the goods. If you can’t find the box, they will easily deny your return request. Very disappointing experience. Their dock does even work.
