Best Buy on Pico has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. I purchased a TV, sound bar, and paid EXTRA for installation service, only for the installer to show up without the actual products because Best Buy failed to coordinate the delivery correctly.
I waited around since 2 PM for an installation that never happened because of THEIR mistake. Then I was told they couldn’t reinstall until Saturday — days later — leaving me without a TV after spending thousands of dollars.
What made the experience even worse was going into the Pico store hoping someone would try to help fix the situation, only to be met with condescending attitudes and zero accountability. Nobody cared. Nobody attempted to accommodate an earlier installation, look for another installer, or make the situation right even though this entire mess was caused by Best Buy.
The complete lack of urgency, customer care, and professionalism is unbelievable. When a company takes your money for products AND paid services, the bare minimum should be delivering what was promised.
Instead, I got excuses, attitude, wasted time, and absolutely no solution.
Avoid this location if you expect competent service or anyone willing to take responsibility when they make a mistake.
