I showed up early to purchase a new product since it usually sells out quickly. I arrived at 0430 and was 3rd in line. The store opens at 1000. At 0930, the manager comes out and says that if anyone applies for a Best Buy credit card that they would get first service. The purchase limit is one per person but if they apply, they would also be able to make 4 purchases. People who have only been there for 20 minutes get escorted into the store which results in the product being sold out before I even get inside. There was no indication of this method and seems as if the manager made the decision on the spot. Wasted mine and a lot of other people’s time. How is this allowed?

Worse store ever been. They sell empty canon ink cartridges and then say they can’t take them back. Rude manager and terrible service. Avoid it by any means
