my experience at this best buy made me never want to go back. i was buying a computer and they were legit like vultures trying to get me to get a credit card and or get some membership thing. i said i wasn’t interested and they both tried selling me on either so many times to the point i was getting uncomfortable. don’t get me wrong they were helpful when trying to help me find a good computer but this guy who wasn’t even helping me at first came over and tried to sell me on the credit card then the membership then the apple card then the microsoft deal. they must get bonuses bc i’ve never experienced anything like that.

This is such a horrible experience. My son and I went to shop for a VR headset, couldn’t find a store personal to get us there and chase around blueshift guys. After finally finding one, he lead us to the corner that has headsets. You cannot try it on, because it is fixed and locked, if you want to buy, you have to get it out of the cabinet below. And you can’t have it at that point, he has to carry it with you around the store until you pay for it. I was frustrated, but ok that is a store policy. We went to pay and found out return policy is on 14 days, in order to have longer, you need to be a Best Buy member, pay 45$ annually. I asked why only 14 days, and it is again store policy!!!! I pulled out my phone checked on Amazon, delivery time is 4 AM next day. I can literally have it shipped in front of my door from amazon within the next 10-15 hrs. Why bother having the worst experience at this store?? Why hasn’t Best Buy bankrupt?
