Horrific customer service in the cellular phone department. The two employees weren't attentive and seemed to be playing on phones. Never asked if help was needed, then vanished. The entrance person was asked to get assistance. Waited approximately 4 minutes, and no one showed up. As I was leaving someone, the cashier asked if help was needed. By then, I'd decided to use my carrier directly or purchase from Amazon. As I walked out, the two cell phone representatives were outside of front door talking. I'm not sure why management would have both take a break at the same time. Not sure what was going on. With cell phones being the cost of old used get around car I expect decent service. I will spend my money where the customer service is decent.
