Best Buy Eastvale

My girlfriend and I stopped by yesterday to compare a few TVs we’re interested in, and Anar helped us out. I’ve done a ton of research, but his knowledge and insights went way beyond anything I found on YouTube or Reddit. He was patient, super knowledgeable, and asked the right questions to help us narrow it down to the LG OLED C4. Really great guy—anyone looking to learn more should definitely ask for Anar!

I had the WORST experience here at this location. And I’ve normally purchased items from here in the past. All of the people in the Order Pickup section of the store are incompetent and did not show any sort of decent customer service at all. I went to pick up an item I ordered online earlier in the day and normally it only takes an hour to be ready for pickup. That was not the case here, I walked in, went over to the pickup area, explained to the person behind the counter that I was there for pickup but his attitude toward me seemed that of someone who did not care and brushed me off telling me to wait until it was ready, not even expressing any sort of urgency since it was something I was just trying to pick up and leave to go home. I ended up cancelling the order altogether since my time was being wasted. I will never step foot in this store or location again simply due to the laziness and unprofessionalism that this staff showed here tonight. Whoever trained all of these people here should rethink and find another profession, your entire staff here is a complete joke.
