This is horrible. Best buy has switched to outside company to receive calls. You can't talk to someone in store. Instead you have to call several times before you get a live person who can understand & communicate good enough in English. Horrible, never doing business with Best Buy again. Bring back talking to real people in-store!!!!!!

My husband and I went to Best Buy today to purchase a Ring camera set. I was talking with my nice salesman Nick about the wiring for the installation. He wanted to make sure my question was answered correctly so he approached the floor manager Ricky. A second later, I decided I approach the two of them and listen in on the conversation. Immediately to my surprise, Ricky raised his hand to my face and told me to step back and he will get to me shortly. My smile turned into shock and took a few steps back and he then turned his back towards me to continue the conversation with Nick. I was so embarrassed and felt so small. Not sure if I had done something wrong. As a customer, I had never been treated with such disrespect. We were planning to go to the Best Buy appliance department to furnish our new home but now will take our business elsewhere.
