Lady at customer service was very rude. I asked her a question and she made sure to interrupt me as quick as she could saying we sold out already. I understand you can to get things done quickly, but there was no line, I was the only one in the store- why feel the need to interrupt me… especially when you’re customer service?? Definitely disappointing.

Even though the store is smaller the people are so nice. Evan was fantastic at checkout and Eli was so helpful in the store.
Found what I needed. Had to return it later as the product wasn't going to work out for me. No hassle return.
The staff were all very busy, yes, busy talking to each other, but not to customers! That's okay, I can buy it at the Apple Store.
