It's been a minute since Ive been to best buy but so MANY employees checking in on me which is a good thing. There was only 1 person in the appliances area and he was with a customer but A+ on the customer service experience.
Large store. Lots to look at. Good infrastructure. This location was quite enjoyable. Would recommend this store based on size of store, clean layout, # of workers
Even though the store is smaller the people are so nice. Evan was fantastic at checkout and Eli was so helpful in the store.
The staff were all very busy, yes, busy talking to each other, but not to customers! That's okay, I can buy it at the Apple Store.

Had to pick up something from this Best Buy but couldn’t get out of my car since I had my dog with me so I tried the pickup option. I am here waiting for 35 minutes from when I checked in and can’t get ahold of anyone because their phone number connects you to an ai assistant that isn’t useful.
