Absolutely terrible experience at Best Buy. My mom went in to order a washing machine and scheduled an installation date. On the day of the appointment, the third-party installers refused to install it, claiming we needed a drain pan since it was going on the second floor—something we were never informed about. We explained we’d used a washer in the same spot for 8 years without a drain pan, but the installer, citing 12 years of experience, still refused to proceed. We had to buy a drain pan and reschedule. When we returned to the store, the manager, Miya, was shockingly unhelpful, dismissive, and unapologetic. She refused to take responsibility, instead blaming the employee who helped my mom for being undertrained. Then on the new appointment day, the installer told us the pan wasn’t even needed—that it’s a plumber’s job. We’re beyond frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and avoid this store at all costs. Do not come here!
Great service, friendly staff, but I gave it only four stars due to the limited inventory. I ended up settling for a laptop after the first three picks were either at another store or out of stock. Remove the damn floor model if you are out! Don't keep teasing your customers with product you don't have!
Worst customer experience ever. No one knows the return policy. Special order policy is not on receipt. Won't take my return gave a lot of attitude. Miya and babita need more training. Mina needs to train the workers better as a manager everyone should know the policy. And babita did not know the policy and said I can return it. I have no way to get to ups store. No ride no car. What do I do? Corporate dropped the ball by not adding policy on receipts. Corporate hung up on me too
This place has everything you could imagine in technology and more. Customer service is outstanding!
