Bought a wireless touchpad charger and phone case. Once I left the store I noticed the phone case was the wrong kind so I went back with my receipt to return it same day, but was denied because "it looks used" mind you I just bought the case. Asked for a manager but was denied by them as well.
The phone case itself does have a few small specs of dust from who knows where. All I know is I bought it in this condition at the store. So this is on them and the mediocre customer service. Guess i'm just not gonna come back here if this is how the customer service is.

Be careful when you return the product, the associate will say they will check the product and when your not paying attention the associate together with the manager will scratch the product so you won't be able to return it especially the appliances.
