Quiet with quick service. Thankful for the experience
I regret to share my recent experience with Scott, a manager at Best Buy. Unfortunately, I found his demeanor to be quite rude and authoritarian. During our interaction, he frequently interrupted me while I was trying to explain my concerns, which made it difficult to communicate effectively.
His approach left me feeling unheard and dismissed, reflecting very poor customer service skills. As a customer, I expected a more professional and attentive response. I hope that future interactions can prioritize courtesy and active listening to ensure a better experience for everyone.
