Very disappointing experience with manager Mirella
We went to Best Buy to purchase a Google Nest Doorbell. The price was clearly displayed right below the product, but at checkout we were told that the actual price was higher and that the displayed price was “a mistake.”
While mistakes can happen, what was truly unacceptable was the treatment we received from Mirella, the manager who was called to “assist.”
Mirella was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
– She made unnecessary comments about our English, implying we didn’t understand.
– She spoke in an aggressive, condescending tone.
– She refused to honor the displayed price or offer any reasonable solution.
– She insisted the price belonged to a different product, even though it was placed directly under the item we intended to buy.
We felt mistreated, disrespected, and completely dismissed.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any store, especially at Best Buy.
Very disappointing experience. We do not recommend this location.

Muy mala experiencia con la gerente Mirella
Fuimos a Best Buy para comprar un Google Nest Doorbell. El precio estaba claramente exhibido debajo del producto, pero al llegar a la caja nos dijeron que el precio era más alto y que el que mostraban era “un error”.
Aunque entendemos que pueden ocurrir errores, lo realmente inaceptable fue el trato que recibimos por parte de Mirella, la gerente que llamaron para “ayudar”.
Mirella fue extremadamente grosera, déspota y poco profesional.
– Hizo comentarios innecesarios sobre nuestro inglés, insinuando que no entendíamos.
– Habló en un tono agresivo y con actitud prepotente.
– Se negó a reconocer el precio exhibido o a ofrecer alguna solución.
– Insistió en que el precio pertenecía a otro producto, aunque estaba colocado directamente debajo del timbre que queríamos comprar.
Nos sentimos maltratados, discriminados y completamente ignorados.
Este tipo de comportamiento es inaceptable en cualquier tienda, especialmente en una como Best Buy.
Muy decepcionante experiencia. No recomendamos esta ubicación.

They told me that they don’t price match during the holiday season.
Rude worked, no customer service. Avoid!

No one offered me assistance the 25 min I was in the store looking in the TV department they where too busy talking to each other instead.
