I liked this brand store once. Bought a Samsung Galaxy z fold 6 there . Cash. Bought 2 yrs warranty insurance full coverage in advance too. The original carrier insurance company for Geek squad cancelled their registration with best buy and is giving me a prorated refund but it is 1 month overdue . I called her headquarters and customer service 18 times and I'm getting the runaround some say I'm getting nothing back some say I'm getting $554 back some say I'm getting something something and something is nothing. Very disappointed going to visit the store if I have to talk to regional managers and directors I will coming from a managerial role for retail this is unacceptable and needs to be fixed and addressed if not fixed for me fix for others..

Why did i get auto renewed for a membership ive only used once. I was never told about it renewing. I cant even cancel without talking to an agent. Unbelievable. I will never be shopping at best buy. No notice and just auto charging.
