Most of female staff are rude specially in TV section.i been there 3 times, whenever i try to ask any question for some product I felt they don’t to give answer.
I’m very disappointed with this Best Buy. I had called earlier today And asked a member of the store if I could purchase a switch two today and if they had them In stock. Not only do they tell me that they’re going to go talk to The inventory department, but they say if I come by, I can get one today. When I do come by, I ask around and they tell me whoever that was Wrong and I have to wait until the first. It’s not necessarily about the switch it’s more of the fact that the Gentlemen on the phone specifically told me that if I came in and asked today, I’d be able to make my purchase I drove in from out of town specifically For this. I will never come back to this Best Buy because I don’t even trust that if I come back on the first, they’ll have it considering how they had me come out here today.

The order online pickup in store inventory is always wrong. It's frustrating. The employees are pretty incompetent. I guess best buy doesn't need Our business. I don't want to here the company cry when tartiffs start hitting them this holiday. Shouldn't have cancelled my orders.
