Robert and Farah are awesome! Robert helped us over the phone. We called about a cook top that we were going to purchase somewhere else. Robert looked up the model and found that they had the same model on clearance. It was a floor model. We would save a bunch of money. We said yes. Robert made our transaction happen right away and we went to pick it up a couple days later. Thank you Robert for your quick help. We greatly appreciate it.
When we went to pick up the cook top, Farah helped us find a sink for our bathroom. She showed us the details of the sinks in the size we were looking for, and thanks to her, we found a sink quickly and paid for it. To make matters even easier, she made sure we could pick it up at their store location closer to our house.
Thank you Robert and Farah! You made our shopping experience easy and quick. It was so nice to only spend a little bit of time and know we have a good product we purchased.

I came into the store just to see one of the appliances that I was thinking about and ended up buying all of my appliances here. Sammy Gutierrez explained that they could delay delivery until I was ready for the installation. I also found out that I could get a 60 day return policy / price match and 10% back by paying a small amount for a "My Best Buy" account. While the price was the same as Lowes and Home Depot these other things made it easier and took away one of the worries about my remodel. I don't have to worry about a 48 hour return or a better price making me sad. Thanks Sammy!
