The turkey engineers that designed my ice maker in the side-by-side you sold me, put it in the left refrigerator door with no insulation, and when I load groceries from the supermarket, the ice cubes melt and freeze into a solid clump of ice that must be thrown away, as it won't dispense. Jeez!!! 😁

I went to the Pacific Sales Escondido location and I am very happy with the service i received from picking my kitchen appliances with Analee Camacho, and choosing my bathroom sinks and faucets with Farah Barati to service team removing and installing of my appliances! The removal and install team were on time and very professional.

This review is for Robert Nysewander, the appliance specialist recommended by Core Kitchen Designs. The high praise they gave Robert is highly warranted since he was really great to work with. When we first met with him, we gave him the list of appliances that we wanted to buy for our kitchen and bath renovation. After talking to us for about an hour or so and showing us the different product lines that you had, he gave us a ton of advice on how we can maximize our money with the different sales and savings that were being offered for each product line. He sent us multiple appliance proposals to look through. At the end, we ended up not going with any of the four proposals that he put together, but we did use all 4, and the advice he gave us to make up a fifth proposal that we eventually went with. I loved our experience with him and I'm looking forward to working with him more in the future if we need to get more appliances.
