To perspective appliance shoppers - Our double oven broke about 3 weeks ago. We have always gone to Pacific Sales competitors for our own appliances until last year. One of our contractors referred us to Carlsbad Pacific Sales to purchase the appliances for a remodel we were doing on my mom's house. We were not impressed at first with the initial sales people that helped us, but when we ran into issues Jonathan shinned! When our double oven went out 2 weeks ago, we stopped in at Lowes and Home Depot but we were not satisfied with the service and selection, so we went to Pacific Sales in Escondido (we live near that store). Enrique helped us with ordering a new double oven. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and gave us a great price on the oven that fit our needs. A week ago when our dryer started making louder even more funnier noises than it had already been making for quite sometime (it was doing this for a while - it was bought in 2002) we decided to try out the Escondido stores once again. Robert helped us this time. We were looking for some very specialized features in a dryer which most brands did not have and unfortunately Pacific Sales did not carry. Robert was very helpful and printed up the models that we could look into online or at other stores. There was no pressure!!! If everyone in the world treated others this way the world would be a very different place!!! We really appreciated Robert's help and over all Pacific Sales will definitely be on the top of our list when we need new appliances.

I highly recommend Pacific Sales in Escondido. I was in need of kitchen appliances that were difficult to replace and Robert Nysewander was very helpful in getting me what I needed and at an affordable price. He worked quickly as I was under a time constraint and provided excellent communication along the process.
