Worst experience shopping!
We shopped in person and picked out a washer/dryer. Paid for it and scheduled delivery. We were told that on the 20th I’d be delivered. We waited all day and no update. We called in and apparently they damaged the item but never called to update us.
They rescheduled the delivery for the following week and we waited all day again. We called for an update and apparently they didn’t have the washer/dryer to deliver. They then went on to tell us that they no longer deliver and that we have to go back to the store and pick something different. We told them that we were set on the green washer/dryer that’s what we had been looking for.
Now they apparently were sending us another one that’s in GOOD CONDITION. Even though we paid for an EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! Insane…. And here we are and didn’t even get that delivered again.. $100 delivery charge not worth it at all and customer service doesn’t seem to know anything when we call
for updates.
