There were some small issues with my purchase, and Best Buy store team with Best Buy customer support were very professional, respectful and helpful. I am recommending this store for you if your want to buy appliances for your home or business
This store has major issues with actually delivering their products on the scheduled delivery date. The night before my scheduled delivery I was given a 4 hr window only to find out on the morning of my scheduled delivery that my delivery had been cancelled. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to find out why my delivery was cancelled and was given 3 different reasons by 3 different people. It’s not worth the headache and frustration buying ANYTHING from Best Buy. I paid $100 for delivery, $60 for haul away and $25 on installation charges. Save yourself some time and energy and just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Worst Buy and worst experience. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FOR WORST BUY AGAIN!!!
