Best Buy used to be good but now this location is just a warehouse for returned merchandise that they're selling at a "discount" but it's like 6 different appliances and random models of each. No one asked to help us, it's dark, not a store anymore.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

I just visited this Best Buy store and as I was looking through the electronics case, I noticed this label was for $54.99. I asked to be rung up for this item and it was absolutely more than $54.99. I talked to the manager and the manager refused to honor the price that was labeled. I'm disappointed in the customer service, especially since this was an issue of the store itself. The manager said that he would only be able to lower it from $711 to $50 less ( 661) than that price. Again, I'm not necessarily happy with the customer service here. I just would like to let people know that there are incorrect price tags.
