Was looking for a Smart Watch...Great price on a the Display....was ready to purchase when the rep. Chked he said the price was incorrect. Asked for a Manager....who said basically said there was nothing he could do.....walked out....dissatisfied.

let me tell you ive had worst experience with Best buy first i bought tv and surround sound i had to go back twice because it was missing parts then two times i was supposed to have installation come out and i took two days off wand no call no text no email i had to call then i decided to install my self and i have called three times to cancel order and get refund and now theres another problem unreal i want a refund for service i got charged and i want partial refund for everything i went through thats has costed me missing three days of work unrea
Terrible store. Unable to reach anyone with any question. Entire customer service is run by a terrible AI that warns you its just learning. Try calling their store, get routed to another country for "customer service".
