I recently is a total membership. Customer tried to have my laptop repaired under manufacturer warranty 40 days ago. It wasn't repaired and the store tried to charge me another $85 even though it should have been under a 90-day warranty from the first repair. I honestly believe the store was actively trying to rip me off and wouldn't honor their own warranty on their own repairs. It's just a giant circle of nobody helping you, but everybody telling you something different. I would recommend not doing business with this store or Best buy in general

Customer service was terrible. There were not many customers there when I was there. Maybe 4 or 5 other customers in the entire store. I couldn't find anyone who worked there to let me know if they had a laptop in stock. I had to just go to the checkout and ask.
