Stopped by to look for a phone case, screen protector cable for CarPlay. I was greeted and helped right away to find case options for my phone, and the right kind of cable. They didn’t have the right size screen protector in stock, but got it ordered for me to pick up at the store within a few days. Smooth and easy visit and great service at this location

I had a few bad experiences. First, I bought a shokz open run 2 pro. The person who helped me directed me to the cashier. So I asked for the shokz, when I paid for it the price didn't look right but I thought maybe they have a promotion. When I left the store and got in my car, I checked the receipt, and they gave me the wrong item. My second bad experience is pretty recent. I went there to get the s 25 ultra 256 gig. The manager directed me to someone from phones, and he said he had already handed his staff the phone i wanted to get, so I paid for it. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong phone, so I had to drive back and tell them what had happened. They helped me and they fixed it but the problem was they gave me the wrong storage. I asked for 256, and they gave me 512. And I've only found it out when I got home. I just gave up and let go. It's very upsetting because I've wasted a lot of my time driving back and forth.
