I went in with questions around converting an Ethernet cable from a mesh router to either a C port or USB port. I met with Noah who was extremely helpful. It felt like the customer service we used to get before all the companies stopped caring and directing everyone to a "community forum" instead of actually helping their customers.
Anyway, Noah was great, and the other people who work here have also been pretty stellar when it comes to helping customers. It's one of the last places to get actual customer service anymore.

HUGE shout out to Jacob Jenson at Best Buy!
First time lap top purchase was quite intimidating and Jacob has been so knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’ve worked with him 3 separate visits and each time he has addressed all my concerns, with patience and kindness.
I witnessed him working with multiple customers at the same time and his ability to multi task in this environment is spectacular.
Best Buy needs to recognize and appreciate this man!! I know I do!
