Purchased a laptop online for pick up. Waited to purchase Microsoft 365 so I could talk to the in person. The Microsoft pro guy explained the differences which made it easier for my husband and I to decide what best fit our needs. Highly recommend best buy for our purchases. We've purchased many of TVs, computers, printers, etc and will keep coming back.
Employees here take good care of you and willing to match prices. Really good experience bought t Apple products here today
The virtual assistant said they can't help with cellphone stuff and hung up on me, never going to best buy and I'm gonna tell all my friends.
I'm old so I can't drive much and I don't use social media, you guys just don't service us old folks.
