HUGE shout out to Jacob Jenson at Best Buy!
First time lap top purchase was quite intimidating and Jacob has been so knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’ve worked with him 3 separate visits and each time he has addressed all my concerns, with patience and kindness.
I witnessed him working with multiple customers at the same time and his ability to multi task in this environment is spectacular.
Best Buy needs to recognize and appreciate this man!! I know I do!

Absolutely Terrible
This Best Buy in Folsom is a joke.
I came in to buy a laptop and was met with pure incompetence. The manager had a horrible attitude — dismissive, rude, and clearly annoyed that a customer needed help. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on paying customers.
The guy at the front desk was completely useless. Just stood there doing nothing while customers wandered around confused. No greeting, no help, no effort.
The store itself is dirty, understaffed, and poorly managed. Employees look miserable, service is awful, and the whole place feels neglected. For a company this big, it’s embarrassing.
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
