How do I check product availability at the Folsom Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Folsom Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Best buyer beware!! Advertised price on their own website not honored at the store. I feel discriminated against and just so outraged that after being ignored for half an hour I walked out without the item I wanted to purchase because they couldn’t get me the price as shown on the Best Buy website. I could buy online for pickup but would have to come back the next day to pickup. They would sell the item to me for $40 more and I could have it - no thanks.
“Owner” acted concerned but nothing was done. I was just told to review the price matching policy (I was not asking for price matching). False advertising 100%. I’ll buy my item somewhere else.

Inconsistent information across staff. Need to do better at not telling customers what they want to hear to get them to buy something quicker and actually figuring out the answers to questions. I’m out $250 now because I was given the wrong information.

I don't like that in all my years of going to a best buy i don't think once anyone who works there has ever asked me if ive found everything I'm looking for. It's nearly impossible to find help on the floor of this location. Also items listed online as in stock at store were not.
