The man in the customer service, skipped me and helped another random person who didn't had an appointment . Waited for 1 hour, which he helped a random customer he ignored me and act like I wasn't there. He wasn't working but laughing and talking about his personal life, rather than the service itself. Regret purchasing in this store.

Worst phone customer service!!!! I spoke to several people over the last month who will always “assure you” that your items will be delivered the day schedule. Then my refrigerator went from being at the warehouse to back ordered and will be another 2 months. Still wanted my washer and dryer to be here sooner so the was scheduled. Then after being rescheduled several times for delays in items finally my washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered today. I was “assured” by multiple people via text and phone conversations that the items would be here today. Never received a phone call of a time so when 4:00 rolls around I call and there was mistake with their computers and I was never actually scheduled (even tho I asked everyone I talked to if it was scheduled for a time) now it will be at least another week!!!! Complete attitude from customer service and she was happy to cancel my $3800 order instead of trying to do something about getting the order to me. Horrible service

The wait is too long. Not everyone knows what they are doing or talking about.

Very large appliance show room. Have many sales reps. You don't have to wait long for help.
