Worst customer service ever! I would NEVER RETURN nor would I ever purchase a tv from here ever again! Just purchased a tv and it was defective, obviously threw away the box and called them before coming in asking if I needed the box, person on the phone said it’s completely fine and just bring it in before the 2 weeks. As soon as I bring it in they inspect it, and so the “general manager” denies it. I brought the tv back literally before the 2 weeks and you guys have the audacity to ask why didn’t I bring it in before “5 days” like people don’t work or have lives! I would NEVER recommend anyone to get any appliances from here, save your moneys worth!

My husband and I bought a 85 inch samsung tv from best buy July 2023. We bought the total protection plan. Which covers basically nothing! Our tv was freezing up on us and over a period of time lines popped up. We took the tv down to best buy all for them to tell us they cant accept the tv and service person needed to be sent out to the house to repair it. On top of that the associate helping us out dropped the box our tv was in face flat on the floor!!! Still best buy did NOTHING! So we went home with our tv, called in a service all for them to come and tell us that they cant fix it because the tv screen is broken. Which happened because of their employee dropping it! Now we are out $2,500 and no tv. This is ridiculous! Best buy really needs to step their game up and offer better warranty coverage!! Never buying from best buy again!
