I found a product in the store that was marked for $307. when they went to ring me up for it it run up for $406. they made lame excuses about their price tag being defective. they claim that this meant they were not legally responsible to uphold the price as marked. I will contact corporate and give them an opportunity to write this wrong. if that doesn't work I will contact the better business bureau.

I was the only customer left in the store, yet three employees brushed me off and told me to wait. When I finally got help, the person seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. Not a good look for Best Buy..
Only good thing i stay for was the price for labor day
