I learned my lesson the hard way. I purchased speakers for my car and purchased the geek squad service to install them. Waist of time and money. They don’t install properly, I had to go multiple times, and the speakers didn’t last long. Consider going to a credible source like California Custom Stereo. They do top quality work. Save money and time!

Bad service when trading in a device . They didn’t want to help me . Claimed the device is AT&T carrier locked , there is no restrictions trading in an AT&T phone at any other Best Buy but this store . I called corporate and they are falsely telling customers lies . Rose was the employee helping me and she refused service .
