How do I check product availability at the Fresno Best Buy?

Geek squad is the worst. They have technicians that are not certified to work on computers. You take your computer in for one repair and you have multiple things going wrong with it. I took my computer in for a speaker repair and the battery no longer worked. I took it back they replaced the battery and motherboard why who knows there was never anything wrong with it other than the speakers. It was 2 months Buy the time I got my computer back cause the people fixing it just keeps throwing parts on it. All I wanted was my speakers fixed. I didn't want a new battery or a charger or a motherboard. Management is the worst the are unprofessional and does not now how to deal with customers.
