Came to this Best Buy while out of town and my wireless mouse quit working. Once in the store and noticed at least 5+ employees standing around doing nothing and none bothered to ask if I needed any help. Finally I asked one and he told me where the mouses were but he nor the others standing around bothered to help me decide which one of the 100 mouses I might want or need. Finally picked out the same one I already had and when I approached the counter to pay there were several people in line and only one cashier working while 2 people stood 10' away at the door talking and looking on their cell phones and as I looked around at least 5 others were just walking around the store or standing looking at their cell phones. This is why I use Amazon and never shop at Best Buy, but needed one immediately.

THIEVES! I recently purchased and item online and picked up at this location and the employees took the contents of the box! resealed it and I received nothing !!! Beware with your purchase here and open your item in store. The employees are very crooked! Beware of these thieves!
