I paid $9.99 for same-day delivery. After the item failed to be delivered, I tried calling the Fullerton store. They NEVER pick up the phone. Go ahead and try it. If you wait ten minutes, you will be transferred to the foreign call center. Like I said, go ahead and try it. Neither the foreign call center nor the online chat people could tell me anything other than "your order is being prepared" and will be delivered today. The web page, on the other hand, says it's NOT available for same-day delivery, and they'll get around to shipping the order in a day or two. Out of frustration and an urgent need to get this item, I ordered from Amazon. The new problem is Best Buy will not let me cancel the order. They won't deliver the item as promised, and they won't let me cancel the order. I will NEVER order from Best Buy again. What a nightmare!

I'm very happy with my experience today. I came in to trade in a laptop that wasn’t working for me, and Sam was a tremendous help. He gave us excellent recommendations and was very knowledgeable. I've had poor service at this Best Buy location before, which is why I usually go to the one in Anaheim, but since this one is closer, I decided to give it another try—and I'm glad I did. Sam was friendly and really took the time to help us find the right laptop. While the specific model we wanted wasn’t available in the store, we ended up choosing a MacBook. The checkout process was quick, and Sam handled everything smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Sam, I also want to apologize for misgendering you earlier—I accidentally referred to you as "she."

This is for the store located on fullerton imperial and harbor.I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all I bought an electric bike which took me one hour and thirty minutes to put together once I was done it wouldn't turned on since there was a cable that was cut for some reason. I also bought a ps5 and I had to returned it 4 time 2 times in the same day. The last issue I'll mention is that the sellers state that the galaxy s24 ultra phone is covered by the membership when it isn't. I paid 1400 dollars for this phone and my samsung s22 has a better resolution than the s24 ultra. It also has a message that keeps popping up stating "android system keeps stopping" I went back within the 14 day period and the worker that helped me out said to keep and if the problem continues I can return it before 60 days were up since I'm a member and that was a lie. Now the manager doesn't want to take responsibility and says to contact samsung or they can send it out and if they give me a new phone it will be refurbished. I mean I didn't pay for a refurbished phone. Worst company ever. Now I know the reason lots of people are leaving best buy. I will never shop here again.
