Very terrible experience here. I called to see if this store had a particular product and they said that they did. They told me that I needed to purchase the product online so it could be held at the store. They inputted my information wrong so I didn't get a confirmation email of the purchase. When I got here, they kept me waiting until closing time because they told me that, while even though my name and order were in the system, they couldn't give it to me until it was confirmed or something. I came in the next day to see if my order had been fulfilled but apparently they never had the product in the store. I feel jerked around by this company and upset that I didn't get the product that I thought I paid for. I just wanted to know if they had it in stock and they instead forced me to buy a product that wasn't even in their system.
