How do I check product availability at the Anaheim Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Anaheim Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Customer service was great however they're undercover cop or Los prevention guy or whatever you want to call him is just way too aggressive. Every time I go in the store he sends me a message for some reason I guess it's because I look at sports cards but I'm not stealing anything and it just makes the whole experience awful because this guy thinks the store is about him and not about the customers and the people who work there. I had a good experience but it really makes me hate the place because of the undercover cop and his ego and his lack of ability to just stay quiet

I ordered a car stereo online for pick up and install at this location. The service employee was friendly , helpful and super knowledgeable. The stereo was installed in just under 40 minutes. They offered to go over the stereo with me. The store is in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking and the install area is clearly marked.

This store is always well stocked, clean and filled with nice products. I also love the prices. I always seem to find a good deal. You should try it!
