Best Buy, have dropped the ball. I bought a television online and a setup installation. But when the guys brought the TV over, they said that they didn't do the set up installation part. So I had to call back the Best Buy. And they can't get anybody out here until the following week. So that means I have to wait a whole week after I purchase a nice big TV. And it's just sitting in my living room, steal in the box. And I had also thought about purchasing a new laptop from them also, but I changed my mind after this situation. I never had a problem like this. With Best Buy best buy has always been the Best Buy in everything. Even when it came out with the Geek Squad. But now I assume the people that they hiring are not that qualify to execute an order.

I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years, but this experience completely changed my view of the company. Best Buy hides behind confusing and inconsistently applied return policies, then stonewalls customers when issues arise. I was bounced between store staff, corporate support, and “executive resolution” with no one taking real ownership or offering a reasonable solution. Each interaction felt scripted, dismissive, and designed to exhaust the customer rather than help them. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Policies are selectively interpreted, explanations change depending on who you speak to, and once they decide to say no, meaningful conversation stops. Escalations lead nowhere. Transparency and basic customer respect are clearly not priorities. For a company of this size, the customer care experience is shockingly poor. If something goes wrong with your purchase, be prepared for a long, frustrating process with little to no resolution. I would strongly caution anyone buying higher priced items here. Once Best Buy has your money, you are largely on your own.

Very helpful, quick and easy to make my purchase. From the moment I walked in, until I got what I needed which was maybe 5 minutes I got helped my two people. One greeted me and then told the person in the department I was headed to that I was coming so by the time I got there he was there also and grabbed me my item and checked me out right there so I walked back up front and out the door! Seamless no wandering to figure out where the item is needed was. No waiting or searching for someone to help. Great experience
