How do I check product availability at the Gilroy Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Gilroy Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Came to try and get ahead of the game and get protection for my iPhone 16 pro max, they have all the items in stock online for pick up but if you go in store nothing is available. Asked to purchase and was told they could place an order for pick up for me to come back in 1-2 hours. For a product that is in stock. How does that make any sense.

I'm disappointed in best buy. I don't shop here often due to media removal with zero movies available. Video game sections gone down hill with little selection and hardly ever any limited run or limited editions of anything. Prices hardly ever change and every other store is usally cheaper. No reason to stop here unless u need a big ticket item or a cell phone.
