Great service. They are willing to spend time helping. Not on commission.
Can't see how they make $. Usually empty, except PM & weekends. Greeter at door directs you...large store, with appliances thru electronics, but trimming back on sales perks...bought Bluetooth spker with serious bass!
Best buy geek squad at the store had only one tech working,he appears.very stressed out and not very helpful as if I was bothering him he wanted me to wait a week to activate my new computer ..I'm going to cancel my Best Buy electronics and appliances In surance the service has deteriorated to the point of frustration and dissatisfaction....Even with a appointment I needed to wait a week plus to get service...I returned my new computer went to Costco and purchase the same computer at lower price and better support system they instructed me over n the phone and I was able to activate my computer the same afternoon...
