Poor stocking management. You can buy things online pay for the item show with a your order is ready for pick up email only to find the item is sold out. The store management could care less, “your money will my back on you cars in 7-10 business days.”

I went yesterday to buy AirPods and asked Oscar for a price match. The AirPods were being sold at significantly lower prices at multiple stores—Walmart, Amazon, Costco, and others. However, Oscar refused to match the price, claiming the items were “in low stock.” Even though they were available in-store, he said he couldn’t do a price match for that reason.
I ended up going to another Best Buy in Montclair, where they price matched it with no issues at all. Thanks, Oscar—truly a huge help at that store.
