Amariyanna (Mars) is very helpful and kind! She walked me through the entire process of choosing and preordering a new phone (decided on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra), also setting up a Best Buy account and creating a Citi card with them to get the best possible deals. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions, and also helped me choose the best case and screen protector. Other employees also welcome me at the entrance of the store and asked if I need help finding anything specific. Here's a picture of the new phone I just picked up today!
It's Best Buy. They are just ok. They didn't have the item i wanted in store. I had to order online. Which I hate.

they dont carry Straight Talk phone cards!!! They only carry the worst services for the area.
