This Best Buy is terrible for so many reasons. Recently I tried to return something and it was slightly over their 15 DAY RETURN POLICY which they said nothing about. Their obnoxious manager Alvaro pointed to a huge sign on the wall covered with tiny lettering, to say that the policy was visible to all. After that I returned something from Home Depot that I had purchased on the same day, with no problem at all. They are the worst. The selection sucks and most of their employees know nothing so don't bother asking questions. The few times I've tried they start googling to find the answer. This store is single-handedly driving people to Amazon. Stay away.

Just bought a Dell computer from Best Buy. The computer on display was actually $300 more than the sale price placed beside it. I bought it anyway because the manager said they would price match for two months. I’ve found a few of the same computers online, including from Amazon and Walmart, but they won’t price match unless it’s also shipped directly by those companies. The price match claim is fake! Lots of deception going on here.
