Best Buy Goleta

I went into the store today at 2:30 to buy a screen protector for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I went to the cell phone center and three of the employees were playing with the new iPhone and paid no attention to me. Then I ran into a really friendly Asian employee, and she showed me where they were at. Then I asked the greeter at the door if I should pay for it first or pay for it at the geek center where they install it, and he was really rude and dismissive and said I don’t know if they have time to do that…. I mean, the whole reason I buy the screensavers at Best Buy is it’s usually convenient and quick, Not here just rude disinterested employees so I just left it and we’ll go elsewhere

Scheduled two separate appointments for iPhone repairs in advance. This afternoon arrived to scheduled appointments to wait 30+ minutes to be seen and then told that they could not repair the phone(s) because they have too many computer repairs before me. I drove an hour (North Refugio) for the appointments, there were also other available appointments at different locations I could have made had I known in advance. The least their team could have done is called or messaged to notify that they could not take on appointments for the day.

Aradığım drone dışında herşeyi buldum sayılır. İlk gün bilgisayar almaya gittiğimizde bize yardımcı olan yaşlı satış danışmanı tüm enerjimizi çekti. Sanki soru sorduğumuzda almak zorundaymışım gibi bir tavır içerisine girdi. Biz de almadan ayrıldık. Ertesi gün tekrar geldik. Başka bir satış danışmanı bize yardımcı oldu. 2 bilgisayar ve diğer birçok ürün aldık. Bir gün önce bize 2 dakika yardım eden danışman, gelip ürünü kendi satmış ve kendi hakkıymış gibi, diğer satış elemanına kendi sicil numarasını girmesini söyledi. Kendi ülkemde olsaydı gerekeni yapardım ama malesef misafirdik. O satış danışmanı hariç, herşey çok iyiydi. Büyük ve güzel bir mağaza. Tavsiye ederim.
