It's Best Buy. They are just ok. They didn't have the item i wanted in store. I had to order online. Which I hate.

up and gently asked if I had questions. Great service. Support this store and your local employees for sure.
they dont carry Straight Talk phone cards!!! They only carry the worst services for the area.

I went into the store today at 2:30 to buy a screen protector for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I went to the cell phone center and three of the employees were playing with the new iPhone and paid no attention to me. Then I ran into a really friendly Asian employee, and she showed me where they were at. Then I asked the greeter at the door if I should pay for it first or pay for it at the geek center where they install it, and he was really rude and dismissive and said I don’t know if they have time to do that…. I mean, the whole reason I buy the screensavers at Best Buy is it’s usually convenient and quick, Not here just rude disinterested employees so I just left it and we’ll go elsewhere
