very unhelpful. geek squad member that helped me was very rude. i gave them my device to repair in a week and they kept it for 3 with no updates. when i got my update to call, i never got a return call. i called 3 separate calls and left my name and number. it took calling a separate location. i do not recommend this location at all. i won’t be a returning customer after this whole device debacle is sorted.
