I honestly don’t think it’s the people it’s just Best Buy. The customer service here is awful. Having to wait multiple times for someone to come help us because there’s nobody else to help is insane. This is why business are shutting down.

The casher forced me to pay a donation when I did not want to. That is not professional at all. Taking money without my consent is straight up theft. Never coming back to this best buy ever again. PAY ATTENTION HOW MUCH YOU ARE PAYING. THE CASHIER WILL SNEAK IN A DONATION WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

Crazy that they wont price match longer then 15 days now. Its the same as their return policy. Unless you pay 49.99 a year to extend. Well Costco and Target taking my business now better price matching and return policy.
