Very bad experience with Geek Squad / Best Buy Hawthorne.
I sent my business laptop for repair, waited about one month, and received it back with several new deep scratches and physical damage on the top and inside surfaces.
I made several store visits, sent emails, and called customer service many times. I was promised callbacks and escalation, but no one followed up or took responsibility.
Their only solution was to send the same laptop back again for another repair. After they returned it damaged, that is unacceptable.
Very poor service, poor communication, and no accountability.
