I went on Sunday and Eddie GeekSquad (Manager) and The Tech From Samsung (dont remember her name) But they are so kind such a great help 😊 They were both very helpful and answered every single question I had 😊 Everything went super smooth! He explained everything. Am amazing experience 😊

Los productos son extremadamente caros además la atención fue de pésima calidad incluso el señor que me pudo atender muy bien vestido de barba trato de ayudarme con lo que iba a comprar y el llamando a los empleados para que me asistieran y ellos son como robo nada de nada. Ahí busque y busque sin la ayuda de nadie hasta que encontré lo que más parecía a lo que buscaba hasta que un señor empleado me vio y el fue quien me cobró en una caja que no estaba en uso porque le dió pena al parecer porque andaba por toda tienda con una caja de impresora y si ayuda de nadie. Quiere que le diga más. Cuando los comentarios son ciertos rápidamente ustedes se ponen en acción para que uno salga algo complacido. La verdad es la verdad y hay que decirla. Gracias por su preocupación
