I came to purchase the Apple Watch Ultra 3 and was ready to buy on the spot. A consultant checked availability and told me someone would assist me shortly. Unfortunately, no one ever came.
After waiting, I had no choice but to leave — despite being fully ready to make the purchase.
This is extremely disappointing. When a customer walks in with clear intent to buy, the least you can do is provide basic service. It reflects poorly on the store management.
Blue haired woman with peircing gave me very very bad attitude, (Jennifer) asked her to open a section for headphones we wanted to purchase. It is xommon sense that items that are locked up are walked to the register but She first asks "You are here to purchase them right?" 2 more times she asks me that. What else am I here to do? What would she be assuming? I feel like she was assuming things after seeing me and my friends skin color. Regardless of that you do not treat people like this that are here to purchase things with a shitty attitude and prejudice. I will not be coming back here. Never had this expirence before in my life.
