Is this the OG location? But once you’re inside, it’s modern and looks like the other locations! Now that we got that out of the way, let’s recognize high-performing employees, today I had the pleasure of working with a very nice Sales Associate (computer section), Alice! She was very professional, took her time with the customers, well spoken, professionally dressed, and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a nice touch of humor! Recommend promote to position of higher responsibility (management), so she can set the example for the others to emulate, which would result in a superior customer experience! Don’t take my word for it…come in and talk with Alice!

One of the worst best buy’s you could ever go to. The staff are horrible and extremely lazy. No one wants to work and the Geek squad are absolute trash. They are never there and when asked they ask you to come back after 2 hrs with an appointment like they are some doctors and lawyers. I hope Amazon makes you go bankrupt.
Edit : Like all the reviews mentioned below, the guy who sits at the front (05/15 at 6pm) complete useless.
PLEASE go to the best buy in Torrance instead. They are 10X better. The manager there is amazing. He saw me waiting for the Geek Squad for maybe 2 mins and he made sure have someone take care of me and I was in and out in about 10 mins.
