Good service always has deals
Just wanted to get out with my family today and come to find out I needed an extra cord for my Xbox 360, yes I said 360. So my wife said let's go to Best Buy. We ended up here and found what we needed. Helpful employees and all of them came with a smile. My wife was looking/pricing home computers with game screens and my girls laptop searching. Family day first stop.
I am living a nightmare with this store. I bought an 85’ Sony TV, and a membership
On 2/15/2025. My membership was applied to a male living in Florida, a used and dusty 85’ Samsung TV was delivered at my house. I have gone to the store, have emailed, and spoken on the phone with members of their management and as of today June 6, 2025, they have not resolved the issue. The membership remains on the account of the male in Florida. The managers only offered to investigate the matter and never replied to me again. I have never been offered delivery of the correct TV I purchased, they never offered to pick up the old Samsung TV delivered, I have never been offered a refund. Sales Manager Phillip Williams and a Customer Experience Manager Larae Henson have done absolutely nothing to investigate or resolve my issue. Almost four months later and they never had the decency of providing me with proper customer service.
I believe there is a fraud scheme between the employees and the warehouses swapping products the reason why they cannot investigate and provide me with an answer.
Es un lugar donde abunda la tecnología y precios muy variados. Se puede pasar horas viendo cosas y aparatos interesantes. Lo recomiendo tanto si vas por algo en específico como para ir a ver dispositivos nuevos.
