This is my favorite Best buy then going here for the last 10 years. Customer service is always on point. Whether you're coming in to get a television, appliances, sound system. I have never been steered in the wrong direction from this particular store
Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I bought A laptop a while ago from BestBuy. I'm having problems with it.BestBuy wouldn't look at my laptop without A Geek Squad member ship or pay for service. One year Geek Squad is about $199 a year. Or about $99 to see if they could fix my problem. I BestBuy worker said there's no Guarantee they could fix my laptop 😒.
