My husband and I visited Pacific Sales to shop for kitchen appliances for our new home. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Martha at the front desk. She was very friendly and directed us to the kitchen appliances section. While browsing, we were assisted by Long, a sales representative who went above and beyond to help us find the best deals on high-end appliances. We truly appreciated his assistance, as he was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel like he was just trying to make a sale. Thanks to his help, we learned about an amazing ongoing promotion for Thermador products. Although we didn’t make a purchase that day, when we returned a couple of weeks later, we made sure to meet with Long again. Martha even remembered me and kindly directed me straight to him. Once we were ready to finalize our purchase, Kimberly assisted us with applying for a credit card. She explained their current promotion—0% interest on deferred payments for 24 months—which made the experience even better! I left feeling excited about our new kitchen appliances and grateful for the exceptional service we received. We’ll definitely be back soon to explore more home products. Perceptive ..Knowledgable..Patient. Those 3 words describe Josh at Pacific Sales in Huntington Beach, CA. We met Josh while looking around the showroom & could not be more grateful. Josh shared with us, his vast knowledge of bathroom faucets, fixtures, & more. He had in depth knowledge about each product, the various finished coatings, where the various products were manufactured, how each would wear differently over time, and the feedback from past clients, regarding the differences they had experienced.. We could not have asked for a more knowledgable rep. to help us with our bathroom remodel. Josh patiently worked with us during our 2-3 visits, as we made our final bathroom fixture decisions. He carefully reviewed the cost differentials, the various promotions available, and explained the pros & cons of each. When we left the showroom, we were relaxed, happy, confident in our decisions, and had made a new friend. Then the magic continued! Our products arrived on time, the communication regarding the delivery details was clear & precise, and the items we had purchased were well packaged & delivered to the job site with care. We were impressed. But what transpired next blew us away! Sadly when we unwrapped our beautiful bathtub it had a small scratch, that was deep, and right at the very front, meaning, it was obvious and not going to buff out. Hesitantly we contacted Josh & to our surprise, he said, “No, problem. Please send me a photo of the scratch.” Ten minutes later, Josh informed us, that a truck would deliver a brand new bathtub, and pick up the scratched bathtub in the next 48 hours. WOW! We were blown away! We did not have to haggle, plead, or argue, Josh simply took care of the issue. We HIGHLY recommend Pacific Sales, Josh, & the whole team over there. Our experience was seamless!!!
