I decided to make my purchase here after the worst customer service experience at the Torrance location. Kevin placed my order within what seemed like 1 minute, literally did not take longer than 5 minutes. Answered all my questions and I made my purchase on new appliances so easily. We have purchased products from Pacific Sales for years now. Their customer service and support have always been stellar. This past month, we visited the Huntington Beach store to purchase a replacement handheld showerhead and hose. I was interested in a metal option, and Wendall explained the differences between metal and plastic-like materials. He was extremely helpful and thorough. I will continue doing business with Pacific Sales, specifically with this store, thanks to Wendall and other store staff.
