Purchased appliances and plumbing for a new home, spending $100K plus. Their delivery and order processing was a mess. They shipped product that had been cancelled and then failed over and over to pick up the improperly shipped product. I like the people at the store, but they were victims, just like me, of their "system". In any case, my contractor lobbied for us to use Ferguson. I guess they were right.

Stopped by this Pacific Sales location 2 days ago for a new washer and spoke with Matt, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about good washers versus inferior ones. He said we need to wait for inventory to be input by one of their warehouses, so currently on hold with a purchase. Hopefully, it can be wrapped up on Tuesday when they reopen. Possibly to be continued, depending on outcome this upcoming Tuesday.

Wendal at Pacific Sales Huntington Beach, was more than a little helpful when choosing and understand the functions of the plumbing fixtures I was buying. He went out of his way to give me the best price. Then when my contractor told me to get additional fixtures, he explained thoroughly how the fixtures functioned so I could make the right decision for my needs. Wendal did a GREAT JOB FOR ME!
