There are many stores to buy appliances, but my recent purchase of replacement kitchen appliances at Pacific Sales was outstanding! I was fortunate enough ( and lucky) to meet Long Bui. He has worked for Pacific for 11 years. I needed major appliances and Long was both knowledgeable, courteous, patient and responsive to my needs & budget. There was zero pressure, pricing from Long was more than competitive, and I felt 100% comfortable in consummating the deal. Once selection was completed, we spent quality time with Evelyn in customer service who handled the financial transaction. Once again, another employee who was super friendly & made the process so easy. I left the store smiling & feeling great, Long is truly a Gem, I will be returning to buy other other appliances.
