Best Buy is making a rebound for the household appliance market. Shopping for a washer dryer combo, also upgraded our TV. The prices are good and sales staff can provide product. This is also true at Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe's. My main trigger point is delivery and installation. Costco and Home Depot have horrible delivery and installation. They leave appliances in the middle of the room and smashing vent ducting. The Best Buy delivery person was beginning to go down the same road, so I explained the expectations. He and his assistant put the stack unit together and departed. I spent an hour or so and made the adjustments so the doors would open and the unit operates properly. Best Buy products are well rated and have good warranties.

I purchased a Apple tv 4 k at Worst Buy. I purchased the product on 6-8-26 It was not what I wanted. I had an accident that left me in a wheelchair and today was the first day i was able to contact Worst Buy. I explained to their NOT customer service manager Ntomia in South Africa what happened and she said their is nothing that Worst Buy can do. I am going to create a fraud site for Best buy for everyone who has these kind of complaints can post to it. That way maybe we can force them into bankruptcy instead of them keep filing chapter 13 The Worst Buy reply to me is just to show the world that they reply to bad reviews but they do not do anything for their customers. I did reach out to your customer service manager who said that Worst Buy cannot help me with anything. You have horrible service, your return policy is set up so no one can ever get a refund. No one should ever Buy from Worst Buy when they can just go to Amazon or or Walmart who make returns easy for their valued customers

Staff seemed more concerned on getting you to sign up for a credit card than actually maintaining the store. Nothing is priced on the shelves, I shouldn’t have to pull out my phone to see the price on something.
