It was weird being 1 of 4 customers in the whole store when there's 20 employees on the floor and who knows how many in the back. It felt like going to Fry's Electronics right before the closed.
Always get great customer service here, no matter what I'm buying.
Usually have great experiences at Best Buy stores but when I came to this one not so much. I was looking to purchase an e-bike there - the employee who helped me was nice but gave false information after I had purchased the e bike stating I could add an alternate pick-up person. Unfortunately, I later found that not to be true as I was contacting the 1800 number to add my husband to pick up the order in about an hour (as he has a truck.) The 1800 folks said only I could pick up bc the order was over 1k but I was already was an hour away, home. Big inconvenience. I wish i wasn’t told an alt person can be added and instead only one person is allowed pick-up, then I would’ve listed my husband. I went ahead and asked for a full refund for the bike, since they wouldn’t allow me to list my husband and because I needed it today for a birthday gift. Ended up purchasing the bike from Amazon.
Also: Best Buy’s 1800 customer service is absolutely frustrating as I couldn’t get someone on the phone from the direct store or a real person bc they use AI tech to route calls.
