I won't be shopping at Best Buy for the foreseeable future.
Recently I went into the Irvine location to purchase some football cards. In the past, if Best Buy was out of collectables in store, I could go to the register and see if they had any in stock at there warehouses, & if so, could order to be delivered. This inventory was different than what I saw on their website, which was mostly out of stock for high demand cards.
During this visit, I asked the cashier (nice female) to look up the sku to see if there was any availability. She stated that they didn't have any inventory online & only in store inventory was available. I explained that I used to be able to place orders with the BB cashier.
She got assistance from another rep, some blond guy, likely in his 20's. The guy reiterated that they no longer place orders & would only have in store stock. I asked what the best way to get the product, & the guy got attitude with me.
As I was leaving the store I heard the guy call me a "Scalper", when I was just trying to purchase football card boxes for my son & I to open (great father/son bonding time).
Every other time I've been to this location, I've had nothing but the best customer service. This particular visit made me feel like I wasn't a valued customer... or even a wanted customer. Likewise, I will no longer give my business to Best Buy.

Excellent selection of electronics and friendly staff who are always willing to help. I found exactly what I needed and even got some great tips on the latest gadgets. The store is well-organized and a joy to browse!
