Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service
I recently spent over $25,000 on kitchen appliances and a home theater setup at Best Buy, but my experience was ruined by Brittany, who appears to be the customer service manager. Despite not even wearing a name tag, she refused to refund a few unopened cables that I tried to return, simply because it was a few days past the return policy. She didn’t offer any store credit either. After such a significant purchase, I expected better treatment. Best Buy really needs to train their staff better, especially those in management positions. This experience has made me seriously reconsider where I take my business in the future.

Fast and easy directed me right to where i needed to go
Only shop at a place like this when I absolutely positively have to. I suppose the service is all right, but the prices are insane.
