I was about to write less than one start before I meet John the TH specialist
He is so into what he is doing very caring to customers dedicating real enough time to solve the problem or any issue different from other associate who make customer feel they are over load on their shoulder
I hope he can see this review to know that his effort was highly appreciated

In house customer service is amazing. Greg helped me purchase, my new phone and set up. Service was awesome!
I had a horrible experience at Best Buy today. The price on the shelf was different from what I was charged at checkout—they added an extra $100! When I pointed it out, they made excuses and tried to act like it was a mistake. On top of that, they gave me the exact same item but claimed it was different. This place is dishonest and tries to scam customers. Avoid shopping here!
