If you need a dashcam installed in your car or any type of car service, I highly recommend coming here! Jack and Carlos were awesome!!
I bought a dashcam for my challenger and attempted to install it myself. I came here and they did a seamless installation at a great price!
$99 for a perfect job. I wish I came here before attempting myself. Customer service was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back for my next upgrade.

Dear Best Buy – Lake Forest,
I would like to share my appreciation for Mira El Ahdab from the Geek Squad. I recently visited the store because I was having issues with my laptop and needed assistance. Even though I did not have an appointment, Mira kindly helped me right away and quickly fixed the problem.
Mira’s professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude truly stood out. I noticed how well she assisted other customers as well, and it’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent service. Because of my great experience, I returned to the store and ended up purchasing a new laptop.
