It has everything I need. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Tried to make a special return and only attempted to do so because I had chatted with customer support prior and they said exceptions can be made. Employee I spoke with was rude, had a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful. Did not offer for a manager to help me and didn’t even consider my case ID number that customer support provided me with. I understand that accepting the return is at the stores discretion, but this employee was very unprofessional about it. I came back in to look around and he was chatting about it with other employees. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional.
