Can you believe how poor Best Buy's service has become these days? I purchased an LG dishwasher recommended by one of their in-store sales associates. After only a few days of use, the machine stopped functioning due to a drainage issue at the bottom.
I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they scheduled a technician to come between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM today. By 12:00, no one had shown up, and I hadn't even received a courtesy call. I called customer service again, and they told me another technician would arrive in the afternoon.
Guess what? No one showed up again. I tried reaching them a second time, but by then it was already outside their business hours, and no one was available.
