Financing experience was xlnt. Sales floor gal was very helpful and informative but I need to make a few constructive remarks. 1. She shouldn't talk to down and be patronizing to the customers. It's easy to stand in the showroom and give sage advice while never having actually gone thru a remodel herself or understanding the challenges that cause some appliance buying like ours to go out of sequence. 2. She had no need to rush us and then get frustrated that we still hadn't made a final decision just because she needed to take her lunch. I know we took awhile but this stuff is $$. Even if someone else completed the sale she would've rcvd the commission anyway. 3. She should always respect all members of the customer's family even those confused by all the options and choices. Maybe she just had an off day.
