Today we brought two toilets from Pacific Sales of Irvine. Ms Jacqueline Hermann helped us. She explained all of the varieties and features of all of the toilets on the floor. She was very knowledgeable and nice.

Have been going to Pacific Sales for years to get appliances so when my dishwasher broke it was the first place I went to see the different dishwashers in person. Ray Bowman was very helpful in pointing out and going over the differences in the different series of the Bosch and Kitchen aid brands. I went home and continued my research and went back to purchase a Bosch. What I appreciated the most was from the moment I walked in I was not hasseled by a salesperson. Very low key until I needed assistance and then I quickly was served.
