Typical Best Buy fashion... Walked in with my better half expecting to max out the AmEx on every Viking appliance for a total kitchen demo / remodel. Nobody said a damn word to us. Not one sales person ever offered any type of assistance. Asked person at door if they are on commission sales, they said no. I replied well it figures....
Same thing happened previously at lake forest location as well. It seems they don't even bother training employees to greet and ask a few simple leading questions like what brings you in, or what are you looking to upgrade, maybe how about suggesting the fact there are color options, or hey lets see what's available. Not to mention the good old, "what's it gonna take to get you into this fine new icebox today" They lost over a $50k sale!!!
